PCMA Registration should be received at the PCMA office by Friday, May 17, 2019 for early registration discount. All later registrations are due to the PCMA office by June 10, $250 (Before May 17) $300 (After May 17) Members & Guests ages 21 and over $50 Children ages 3-20 FREE Children under 3 years of age MEAL PLAN In order to attend our group dinners you must pay for these meals on the PCMA registration form. Seven Springs Lodging Rates Friday & Saturday nights in newly renovated guest rooms PRICE INCLUDES: Lodging and Breakfast Buffet at Slopeside Restaurant the next morning, Complimentary Internet in Guest Rooms, Complimentary Self-Parking, Indoor/Outdoor Pool Access. $189 per person per day, single occupancy $209 per person per day, double occupancy - Children ages 17 and under lodge FREE in the same room as the parent. 3 2019 PCMA Annual Family Convention FRIDAY, June 28, :00 AM - 1:00 PM Registration in Hotel Lobby EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS Very Important 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM "Masonry at Penn State University Presented by Sez Atamturktur, Ph.D., Head of the Department of Architectural Engineering, The Pennsylvania State University. She will present about the masonry related curriculum and research projects in the department. NCMA Industry Updates" Robert Thomas, President, National Concrete Masonry Association will review how they are positioning the concrete masonry products against competing industries and more. "PCMA Update" - Executive Director Jan Boyer will present information on our recent activities and future plans to promote Masonry and Hardscapes in Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic Region. GROUP DINNER FOR EVERYONE Indicate on the registration form how many adults and children will be at the dinner. This event is paid directly to PCMA. (Business Casual) 6:00 PM - RECEPTION with Hors d oeuvres Join the fun --- Silent Auction items available for bid. 7:00-9:00 PM - DINNER followed by Silent Auction Winning Bids Announced HOSPITALITY ROOM OPEN FOR EVERYONE FOLLOWING DINNER stocked with drinks and snacks and a great time to catch up with your industry friends. Activities bands are available for purchase at the hotel registration desk or the Activity Center at the Ski Lodge. The discounted rate for PCMA members is $39 per adult and $19 per child. This band gives you access to: Alpine Tower, Alpine Slide, Bowling, Disc Golf, Euro-bungy, Hydro Bikes, Mini Golf, Paddle Boats, Rock Wall, Scenic Chairlift, Summer Tubing and Swimming. ScHedule of events SATURDAY, June 29, :00 AM - 9:30 AM - BUFFET BREAKFAST in the Slopeside Restaurant Included with lodging but at your leisure. The rest of the day until dinner is open for a variety of family activities. 10:00 AM - GROUP TOUR OF FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT S FALLINGWATER Everyone ages 6 and up is permitted to go on the guided house tour and explore the landscape. You will provide your own transportation - approximately 20 miles (40 minutes) from Seven Springs. Group will meet at Fallingwater by 9:30 AM and receive your ticket from PCMA there. Cost is $30 per person (note place on registration form to indicate number of tickets you want and pay to PCMA). There is a lovely on site restaurant for those who wish to stay and eat there. You should be back at Seven Springs by 1:00 PM for other activities you may wish to do on site there. 2:00 PM - GROUP SPORTING CLAYS EVENT Attendees are encouraged to participate, if they wish, in a 50 target sporting clays shoot at the famous Seven Springs Sporting Clays Center. We will set up groupings to begin starting at 2:00PM. Each attendee will self pay the day of the event directly to Seven Springs at the Sporting Clays Center. Cost is $100 with Seven Springs Equipment or $72 with your own equipment and $10 per box of 25 for ammunition. If you wish to shoot with your fellow attendees at this event, please indicate on the registration form. GROUP BBQ DINNER FOR EVERYONE Indicate on the registration form how many adults and children will be at the dinner. This event is paid directly to PCMA. (Casual attire) 6:30 PM - RECEPTION then Mountain Style BBQ Dinner for the families. Children will receive gifts. This world-class canopy experience, is a highly-interactive tour that will connect you with nature and your fellow riders in an otherwise inaccessible environment. This is the closest you will come to flying without wings! SCREAMING HAWK ZIPLINES Take a deep breath, a moment of clarity, whatever you need... and take that first step. As your feet leave the platform, you'll find yourself dangling above the ground, zooming 350 feet to your next destination. ROBUNGY Bounce and flip on this bungy and trampoline hybrid. This activity allows you to test gravity s hold and reach new heights. Waiver is required. TRILLIUM SPA One of the resort s most exciting enhancements is Trillium, the new spa at Seven Springs. Trillium is a full-service spa located adjacent to the Main Lodge Hotel. This sanctuary boasts eight treatment rooms designed to provide guests with an indulgent spa menu featuring rejuvenating services in a relaxing and therapeutic environment. It is easily accessible off exits 91 or 110 of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. EXIT #91, DONEGAL Turn left off the exit ramp (Routes #711 and 31); approximately 2 miles, turn right on Route #711; follow 711 for about 2 miles; at the Star Market in Champion, turn left; follow the signs to Seven Springs (approximately 8 miles) on the right. EXIT #110, SOMERSET Turn right off the exit ramp at the second light; at the third traffic light turn right (Route #31, West); follow 31 West approximately 7 miles; turn left at Pioneer Park; follow that road approximately 4 miles; at the first stop sign, turn right. Seven Springs will be 5 miles ahead on the left.
