All outlets Based on the Tourism Tax Act 2017, Saujana Hotel Sdn Bhd ( SHSB ), as a registered hotel operator will be required to collect Tourism Tax from tourists staying at the hotel on behalf of the Royal Malaysian Customs Department. Tourism Tax will be charged on Room voucher(s) redemption by the member where the occupant(s) of the room is (are) non-malaysian citizen(s) or permanent resident(s) unless specifically exempt under the legislation. Tourism Tax will be charged on the member or the member s guest upon check out. The Tourism Tax will be charged at the prescribed fixed rate per room per night pursuant to the Tourism Tax Act Nevertheless, we wish to inform you that we will be collecting the Tourism Tax on behalf of the Government upon its implementation at the prevailing rate.
