GENERAL INFORMATION As a courtesy to other attendees and to keep the integrity of the ACHE Face-to-Face Education credit, your attendance at the entire program is required. ACHE has reserved a number of rooms at the rate reduced rate, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis until 2:00 pm on January 8, To receive the special room rate of $ single/double occupancy per night for a traditional room (two queen beds) or a studio suite (which includes a king size bed and kitchenette), please contact the hotel and identify yourself as an ACHE attendee. These rates include fitness center admission, bottled water and wireless guestroom internet access. IMPORTANT DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: A deposit equal to two nights of lodging is due at the time the reservation is made. Guestroom cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will result in a full refund of the deposit. Fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, guests will be charged 100% of their stay and it will be non-refundable. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the entire reservation amount. No-shows and early departures (confirmed at check-in) will be charged the room rate for the entire

2 reserved stay. It is recommended that you confirm your reservation early in order to guarantee your preferred dates. PARKING Valet parking is complimentary for ACHE guests staying at the hotel. GROUND TRANSPORTATION Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) is located approximately 26 miles from the Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa, and Denver Int l Airport (DEN) is located within 128 miles of the Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa. Please note that all ground transportation prices are approximate and subject to change. SHUTTLE Shuttles from either Eagle County Regional Airport or Denver Int l Airport to Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa are provided by Colorado Mountain Express. The discounted shuttle cost from Eagle County Regional Airport is $42 one way and from Denver Int l Airport is $76 one way. Reservations are required. Contact Zone Transportation at (970) CAR From Eagle County Regional Airport Take Interstate 70 East to the Avon Exit (#167). Continue south into the town of Avon, towards Beaver Creek Mountain. Drive one half mile and enter the roundabout. Proceed straight through next 2 roundabouts. Turn right onto Riverfront Lane. The resort will be on your left. The resort is located a half of mile off Interstate 70 in Colorado at exit 167. From Denver Int l Airport Take Interstate 70 West to the Avon Exit (#167). Continue south into the town of Avon, towards Beaver Creek Mountain. Drive one half mile and enter the roundabout. Bear left under I-70. Proceed straight through 3 roundabouts. Turn right on Riverfront Lane. The resort entrance will be on your left.

3 The resort is located a half of mile off Interstate 70 in Colorado at exit 167. Driving time is approximately 2-3 hours. AIRLINE INFORMATION ACHE has arranged reduced airfares with United Airlines.
