Benefiting from a particularly agreeable climate, this spa town in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg has a lot to offer, including spa therapy, sports, relaxation, tourist activities, bodycare, seminars and gastronomy. In the grounds of a magnificent 40-hectare park lie: the Mondorf Les Thermes, a spa therapy centre; Mondorf Bien-Etre, a whole world of therapy and relaxation; Mondorf Le Club, sports and spa leisure centre and the Mondorf Parc Hôtel, the place to stay for your spa therapy trips, business trips or visits to experience the fine flavours of Luxembourg gastronomy. Each delegation has an office equipped with a computer (with Internet access), , a printer, a telephone and a fax machine. The addresses, telephone numbers and fax numbers will be sent to you at a later date. The delegations also have access to photocopiers. Technical assistance will be available on the site at all times. Each delegation will have the right to two seats at the conference table and two seats in the row behind. For those delegates who cannot enter the meeting room, the debates will be transmitted to a listening room by video link. 4. The other delegation members will stay either at the Mondorf Parc Hôtel or at the Grand Chef Hotel in Mondorf-les- Bains, which is very close by. Please state your preferred hotel in the appropriate box on the registration form. The Protocol and Organisation Group of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs is responsible for the rooming lists and reserves the right to allocate rooms according to organizational criteria for the meeting.
