2 CODEX NUMBERS 7112 PSL L /7113 PSL M / 7114 Team COMPETITION RULES FIS rules will be applied to this competition also the team event will be considered according the WC Rules and the ICR REGISTRATION - ENTRIES Entries will be accepted in accordance with the FIS quotas and rules. All entries must be done using the FIS Online Registration System, through the FIS Homepage: "Member Section". Entries by mail or fax are no longer accepted. Deadlines for the Team Entries are: Provisional Entries (ladies & men): December 3 rd, 2017 Definitive registration: January 02 nd,, 2018 ACCOMMODATIONS Lodging & meals will be provided at various hotels in the Village of Bad Gastein for rate CHF 80,00. Accommodation for CHF 80,00 are for the dates of the event only. Arrival is not earlier than Wednesday 10th, January. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and are not available at the rate CHF. 80,00. The hotel rates are available upon request. IMPORTANT: The dates of arrival and departure entered in the FIS Online Registration System have to be ABSOLUTELY CORRECT! Otherwise it s not possible for the organizing committee to book the rooms according to plan. For the participants PSL departure day is Saturday 13 th January 2018, for the Parallel Slalom Team Event Sunday 14 th January 2018.

3 ATTENTION NEW TAX FOR ALL LODGING ESTABLISHMENTS The local tax will be levied at ALL LODGING ESTABLISHMENTS, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis and has nothing to do with the FIS Rate of the accommodation. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice. The amount of local tax is graduated in 2018 as follows: 2,30 Euro per guest and night in all accommodations the same. REGISTRATION / RACE OFFICE Team registration will take place daily starting on Wednesday10 th January at the Race Office, which is located at the Gemeindeamt Bad Gastein Karl Heinrich Waggerlstrasse Bad Gastein. Please see schedule for registration times. TEAM CAPTAINS MEETINGS The Team Captains meeting will be in the Gemeindeamt Bad Gastein, Karl Heinrich Waggerlstrasse Bad Gastein (same place as the Race Office). Please see schedule for meeting times. ANTI -DOPING CONTROL Anti-Doping control testing maybe conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by FIS. FIS LICENSE All athletes are required to have a valid FIS license. PRESS CENTER The Press Center will be located at the Race Office Gemeindeamt Bad Gastein Karl Heinrich Waggerlstrasse Bad Gastein OFFICIAL NOTICE BOARD The official Notice Board will be located at the race office at the Gemeindeamt Bad Gastein and at the finish area.

4 CEREMONIES, PUBLIC DRAW, SIDE EVENTS Please see schedule for the Ceremonies, Public Draw & Side Events times. The competitors MUST wear bibs during the official training, competition and prize giving ceremonie! PARTICIPATION FEE According to the World Cup Rules a mandatory Participation Fee of CHF 30 per competitor and race day has to be paid to the organizing committee not later than the TC Meeting Thursday 11th of January PRICE MONEY You will get the price money according to the FIS rules directly after the race in the office of the Skischool Bad Gastein, situated near the race area. ACCIDENT INSURANCE Each competitor must have his/her own medical insurance. The Organizing Committee, sponsors, suppliers, their agents, the OC Gastein, the FIS and the Austrian Ski Association decline any responsibility for accidents, damaged or lost equipment and second and third party claims during the event.
