TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS 1.1 VENUE FRANCE, Tours (37) COMPLEXE SPORTIF MONCONSEIL 75 Rue de la Chapelle Tours, France Tram stop «Monconseil» 1.2 DATE The competition will be held on Sunday the 3 rd of April PARTICIPATION To be 30 years old at least at Decembre 31, Female and Male competitors Green belt or over required. 1.4 AGE AND WEIGHT CATEGORIES AGE CATEGORIES F: Females / M: Males The age group is determined by your birth year (You age on the 31 st of December) F1 / M1 F2 / M2 F3 / M3 F4 / M4 F5 / M5 F6 / M6 F7 / M7 F8 / M8 F9 / M9 F10 / M and - WEIGHT CATEGORIES Males : -60 kg / -66 kg / -73 kg / -81 kg / -90 kg / -100 kg / +100 kg Females : -48 kg /-52 kg / -57 kg / -63 kg / -70 kg / -78 kg / +78 kg 1.5 ANTI DOPING Possible anti-doping tests. 1.6 CLOTHING The individual competition will be held in white or blue obligatory judogi or have a red belt. Female competitors shall wear a white T-shirt under the jacket and long hair to be bound with an elastic band. Page 2

INSCRIPTION and REGISTRATION 2.1 INSCRIPTION Before Tuesday, March 22, pm : register on the club website The registration fee can be paid before Thursday, March 24, by bank transfer (bank details on request) or by cash the day of registration (foreigners only). No registration on competition day. The number of competitors is limited to 500. After this number, the organizer can refuse any entry before the deadline. 2.2 REGISTRATION WEIGHT IN CONTROL OF PASSEPORTS At COMPLEXE SPORTIF MONCONSEIL, 75 rue de la Chapelle Tours Saturday the 2nd of April from 4.00 pm until 7.00 pm (no more weigh-in on Sunday) 2.3 SCHEDULE 09:00 09:30 All females 09:30 11:30 Males -90 ; -100 ; +100 kg 11:30 14:30 Males -73 ; -81 kg 14:30 Males -60 ; -66 kg In addition to the competition ALL CATEGORIES (included in the registration fee) Registration will be on site. Direct Elimination. Only one reward for the winner: statuette worth 300. Females : 30/40 years ; 40 and over - Beginning 11:30 Males : 30/40 years; 40/50 years; 50 and over Beginning 15 : INSCRIPTION FEES The inscription fee is 15 per competitor. Competitors can pay by cash the day of registration or by bank transfer before Thursday, March 24. Only french competitors can pay with bank cheque. Bank transfers have to be made on the Judo Club de Touraine s bank account. Bank details on request. In case of absence, no refund will be made if a medical certificate is not sent before the close of registration. It is possible to book meals for 15 at the same time as registration. Page 3

4 III. RULES 2.4 RESPONSABILITY The competitors have to be members of a Judo Federation and possessed medical certificate up to date. Foreigners must be current membership of their Federation and UEJ. 3.1 COMPETITION FORMULA Individual competition : by age and weight. Round robin and draw without repechage. No weight tolerance. Contest duration : 3 minutes for under 59 years old players 2 minutes 30 seconds from 60 to 69 years old players 2 minutes over 70 years. FFJDA (French Federation) and UEJ (European Federation) rules. 3.2 REFEREES Each country can enter a maximum of 2 qualified Referees. France will enter as many as necessary. They have to be registered to the organizer before Monday, March 12. The organizer will take only in charge accommodation (1 night) and meal. Page 4
