EJU Participation Fee 30 per participating athlete of EJU Member Federations 100 per participating athlete of Non-EJU Member Federations The fee is not included in the prices stated below. 6. Age 15 years old and over (Born in 2002 and before) 7. Responsibility of the Federations The competitors will compete under the full responsibility of their federations. Each National Federation is responsible for insuring its judokas against injury and third part risk (public liability) during the period of the camp. Reservations will be processed strictly according to the date of your booking. In case your chosen hotel or apartment is fully booked, you will be informed and requested to choose another hotel. Please note that there is a small quota of single rooms available in all Hotel categories. In case of any damage to hotel property or training venue caused by members of a delegation, their National Federation will be charged by the organizing committee. All participants of the training camp must stay at the official accommodation during its duration. Accommodation must be booked exclusively through the Organizing Committee of the Festival! Other persons shall not be accepted for training! 11. 4 Head Office Vienna Any cancellation less than 10 days before arrival will be treated as no show and 100% of the total amount will be charged. Injuries, visa problems or sickness are not valid reasons for the cancellation of rooms 14. Payment To confirm your entry, kindly complete the payment for accommodation before May 19th 2017 to our bank account. In case a federation does not send the hotel reservation to the organizers before May 8th 2017, the organizer holds a right to add a 10% surcharge to the expenses (in case of bank transfer and in case of cash payment!). If a federation can prove that a bank transfer is not possible for them, cash payment on the spot is accepted. In this case, the organizers must be informed in advance and the payment must be effected based on the binding hotel reservation. Credit card payments are not accepted. IMPORTANT: While making payment kindly refer only to the official payment details as indicated above. Receiving info about bank account amendment might be from unsecure sources, not connected with the organising committee. 15. Visa For Nations who need VISA to enter Croatia, please send the enclosed Visa Application Form fully filled in, latest 05 th May /5
