2 The Rhythmic Divas Invitational & Nevada State Meet Organizing Committee has the pleasure of inviting you and your delegation to participate in our competition. The competition will be organized in the city of Las Vegas, Nevada, USA March 22nd - March 24th, Please note: All of the information in this invitation is for the Rhythmic Divas Invitational & Nevada State Meet Competition only. The directives will be managed as normal, by the US Gymnastics meet reservation site and KSIS registration (for music and D-forms) All of the relevant details will be available on the Nevada Rhythmic Academy website under the Events Calendar. The Rhythmic Divas Invitational & Nevada State Meet is open to national and regional teams as well as to individual clubs. The competition will be for the following categories: LEVEL 3 - LEVEL 10 GROUP!2

4 The Warm-up, Training and Event Halls are located in the Convention Center inside the Hotel. Entry fees Level 3 for individual competition is $80. Level 4 for individual competition is $80. Level 5 for individual competition is $105. Level 6 for individual competition is $105. Level 7 & 8 for individual competition is $130. Level 9, 10 & Elite for individual competition is $130. Group - per athlete $25. Please note that $30 Foreign athlete/coach/judge fee is due directly to USAG upon registration Late Entry: A minimum fine of $30.00 per individual entry will be charged to individuals whose entry is received after the deadline JANUARY 22nd No other penalties may be imposed upon late entries. Registration 1. USA and international athletes, coaches, judges registration must be submitted through USA gymnastics website usagym.org : Member Services - Club Registration - Meet Reservations Registrations will be accepted in the order in which payment will be received. A Limited spots of numbers are available in each level, after which additional registrations will be added to a waiting list. All coaches must have completed the U100 and U110 SafeSport. International: USA Gymnastics requires all gymnasts, coaches and judges participating in USA Gymnastics sanctioned events to be registered members of USA Gymnastics. Please submit your membership application directly to USAG. For more information please contact USA Gymnastics member services at , or at the following address: membership@usagym.org ALL AUDIENCE: We will charge admission fee $25 for 1 day, $45 for 2 days, $65 for 3 days. For kids under 3 years old is free, kids under 15 - $15 for 1 day, $25 for 2 days, $35 for 3 days. Seniors (65 and over) and veterans $15 for 1 day, $25 for 2 days, $35 for 3 days. *all participant are responsible for making their own travel, accommodation and transportation. MUSIC: All music must be submitted through: KSIS registration site before February 22nd, Music files must be submitted in MP3 format and named as follows: Gymnasts name_level_apparatus_team All music will be played from computers. Please bring extra flash drive with you for emergency situation.!5

6 A late fee of $30 per athlete will be due for any music received after February 22nd, RULES: Level 3-8 follow the Rhythmic JO Handbook, level 9-10 follow the current FIG Code of Point. Group: Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced - FIG Code of Point DIFFICULTY FORMS: Level 7-8 Difficulty Forms (2 hard copies of each D-form) must be submitted through: KSIS registration before March 15, A late fee of $30 per athlete will be due for any Forms received after March 15th, SCHEDULE: A tentative schedule will be posted by February 1st, 2019 and the final schedule will be ed to participating teams approximately 2 weeks prior to the event. AWARDS: Athletes will be awarded in each level by age division. Awards will be given to the top 8 in each event & all around. Awards will be given to the top 3 gymnasts in each level ( regardless of age ) Visa If you need an official invitation to obtain a visa to travel to USA, please contact the OC as soon as possible, but no later than the deadline: January 22, 2019!6

RESERVATION METHOD: Federations will make reservations directly with Hotels via a direct web link or the telephone call center. No accommodation form is necessary. (Note, there is a $15.00 fee for using the call center. There is no fee for using the Direct Web Link.) No accommodation form is required. 8 The Hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Diners Club. A deposit of the first night s room and tax, for each room reserved, will be charged to the credit card at the time of the reservation. (Immediately) Reservations in the hotel can be cancelled at NO charge up until 72 hours prior to arrival. If less than 72 hours notice is given, the deposit is non-refundable. The vouchers are not dated so they can be used at any time during the dates above. After the count has been verified during accreditation, there will be no refunds for lost meal vouchers. Closing Party Saturday, March 23 19:00 22:00 Dinner & Closing Party - JO and Youth, Sunday, March 24 19:00 22:00 Dinner & Closing Party - Age Group - Seniors All the international athletes that have booked their accommodation with the OC are invited to attend the Closing Party and Dance. All delegations that attend the Closing Party are required to have 1 chaperone with no extra charge. Extra tickets will be available at the OC office at $45 per person if requested by the deadline. (January 23, 2019) Banquet tickets ordered by the deadline are refundable until February 20,2019. Final Banquet tickets may also be purchased at the event. The deadline is March 21, 2019 at 12:00 noon. Tickets purchased at the event will be $50.00 and are non-refundable. More information will be given during accreditation.!9
