3 Entries End of entries The national ski associations announce their participation at the competitions and also the required rooms. Entries with the names of the athletes, coaches and officials. Please use the FIS online entry and registration system. For further informations please contact: Michael Lais Mobil: Payments Please let us know in advance if we should pay your travel money in cash or if we can transfer it to your bank account (in this case please send us your account details). The price money will be transfered to your bank account. Therefore the winners must submit the following bank details to the race office after the event: IBAN, BIC ans UID.

4 Accommodation The Hochschwarzwald Tourismus GmbH is responsible fort he accommodation service for the teams. Room reservation is made by: Mrs. Caroline Sternberg Phone: +49 (0) Any room cancellation and change can be made via the official FIS entry form till Please pay attention tot he fact that any room changes are not possible after ! Please inform Mrs. Sternberg (adresse above) if you booked the rooms for your teams by yourself. The team captain will get the official booking confirmation about one week before the arrival. With your first entry please let us know if you want to book a special accommodation or if you want to be together with another team in the same hotel. Please notice the following facts: The check out must be made after breakfast for rooms which are only booked till Saturday ( ). Please book the rooms till Sunday ( ) if you want to use them till/after the competetion. Please pay attention to the FIS Nations Quota. The remaining amount must be paid directly at the hotel.

The Kurhaus is in the center of Hinterzarten nearby the train station. Wedenesday : 13:00-19:00 Thursday : 09:00-19:00 Friday : 09:00-18:00 Saturday : 09:00-18:00 Responsibility Own insurance and responsibility for all competitors is obligatory. The organizer takes no coverage for accidents of competitors and third parties.

9 Gym Reservation Form In the week before and during the competition weekend you have the possibilities to use the gym for training. If you would like to reserve the gym for an hour just fill in the form and send it back. The gym costs 15 per hour and has to be paid after the team captains meeting or right at the hill in the team area. Yes, we would like to make a reservation!
