PRESIDENTS REPORT On behalf f the Bard f the Saskatchewan Sprts Hall f Fame (SSHF), I wuld like t thank the staff and vlunteers fr making 2013 an exciting and rewarding year.

2 PRESIDENTS REPORT On behalf f the Bard f the Saskatchewan Sprts Hall f Fame (SSHF), I wuld like t thank the staff and vlunteers fr making 2013 an exciting and rewarding year. The tp line strategy established in 2011 cntinues t serve as ur rganizatinal rad map. This annual reprt will utline a few f the SSHFs key activities as we cntinue t prgress thrugh the gals established within the strategy. Self-Help: Mve twards a selfsustaining business mdel t run parallel with Saskatchewan Ltteries cre funding. - The Sprts Investrs Club, nw in its 2 nd year, garnered 24 Teammates and 8 All Star cntributrs - A cmprehensive Admissins Plicy was implemented - New spnsr and fundraising partnerships were explred and develped - The Bard and staff participated in a Fundraising Strategic Planning sessin t re-affirm and expand the tp line strategy - The SSHF finished its 2 nd cnsecutive fiscal year in psitive financial territry Awareness: T amplify awareness f the SSHF within the prvince. - A Presidents Receptin was hsted in Saskatn in Octber and in Regina in Nvember, Under the Cllectin Management partnership with the Saskatchewan Hckey Hall f Fame (Swift Current), 9 inductee exhibits were fabricated alng with 3 general hckey-related exhibits - The re-launch f ur website with full respnsive capabilities and a whle new lk and cntent - Our website and scial media presence cntinued t prduce gains in visits, length f stay and verall reach in every mnth f the past year Bard Develpment: T create an effective and qualified Bard that is cnscius f its wn rle and respnsibilities; that is mtivated by the missin f the rganizatin; and that is willing and able t actively participate in Bard leadership. - Three new Bard members were recruited - Rebecca Cnly, Laurel Garven and Justin Sctt representing a yuth mvement within the Bard - Actin was taken t ensure that all vacant Bard psitins wuld be filled by the 2013 Annual General Meeting Redevelpment: T identify slutins regarding lcatin, space and prvincial hall satellite lcatins - The Bard cntinues t wrk extensively with all interested parties, and ptential partners, in supprt f a new facility.
