A fcussed and well-executed Circulatin expansin strategy has delivered excellent grwth: f almst 18% in 9 mnths frm arund 51 lakh cpies in June end 2017 t arund 59.6 lakh cpies as n March end 2018, an increase f arund 9 lakh cpies, majrly in markets f Bihar, Rajasthan and Gujarat. Over the past five years [frm FY t FY ] Dainik Bhaskar has delivered reprting 15% CAGR grwth driven by yield in cre legacy markets much abve the industry reprted ns. Circulatin strategy was cmplimented by strng editrial and prduct enrichment effrts alng with unique and impactful reader engagement initiatives. Perfrmance highlights fr Q4 FY Cnslidated Cnslidated Ttal Revenues grew by 10% YOY t Rs millin, as against Rs millin reprted during Q4 FY17. Cnslidated Advertising Revenues grew by 8.2% YOY t Rs millin as against Rs millin reprted during Q4 FY17. Circulatin revenue increased by 8.5% YOY t Rs millin frm Rs millin during Q4 FY17, largely an utcme f Circulatin expansin strategy. EBITDA during Q4 FY 2018 stands at Rs millin (margins 18%) vis-a-vis Rs millin (margin 22%); after cnsidering frex lss f Rs. 9.9 millin. Further, excluding, impact f circulatin expansin related ne ff expenditure, EBIDTA grwth wuld have been in mid single digit. Cnslidated PAT stands at Rs. 571 millin, as against Rs.642 millin reprted during Q4 FY17, after cnsidering frex lss f Rs millin. Further, excluding Circulatin expansin strategy related ne ff expenditure, PAT wuld have seen duble digit grwth. Radi business revenue grew by 9.5% YOY t Rs. 362 millin frm Rs. 330 millin reprted during crrespnding perid last year.

2 Radi business EBIDTA grew by 45% YOY t Rs. 116 millin (margin 32%) frm Rs. 80 millin (margin 24%). Radi business PAT grew by 70% YOY t Rs. 55 millin (margin 15%) frm Rs. 32 millin (margin 10%) Digital business revenue stands at Rs. 131 millin versus Rs. 142 millin reprted during crrespnding perid last year.
