1 LIGHTFAIR INTERNATIONAL 2016 SPONSORS STANDARD BENEFIT PACKAGE The Standard Benefits Package includes: 1. Your company logo featured in the Attendee Brochure that is mailed to more than 50,000 prospective attendees and accessible online at for over four months before the event. Sponsorships must be paid in full and company logo received by October 30, 2015 in order to appear in the Attendee Brochure. 2. A bold listing highlighting your company on the floor plan in the Official Show Directory for LFI An additional 50 VIP Passes for your participation. 4. Additional Priority Points for onsite Space Selection (Exhibitors must be confirmed & paid in full by December 4, 2015). Sponsorship Priority Points from LFI 2016 will not carry over to LFI Your company logo and link to your virtual booth featured on the Sponsors page for over six months, or at time of contract, leading up to the 2016 event and one month post-event. 6. Your company logo and booth location featured on the Sponsors Page in the Official Show Directory for LFI 2016, produced by LD+A Magazine. Sponsorships must be paid in full and company logo received by January 21, 2016 in order to appear in the Official Show Directory. 7. Five days of continuous onsite exposure of your logo featured on Sponsorship signage at several locations throughout the San Diego Convention Center. 4 3. Attendee Sponsorship Here is your chance to be the exclusive sponsor or one of many sponsors of the official sent to thousands of current and prospective attendees! Reach more than 26,000 prospective attendees per blast including LFI 2016 pre-registered attendees and press & media. Sponsor one or several of these attendee s, which will generate name-recognition for your company as the event approaches. In addition to your custom banner across the top of the newsletter, your company will be given a 200 character placement for your content within the body of the communication (final placement location will be determined by Show Management). 5 4. Registration Online Banner Your company web banner will appear on all pages of the online LFI registration process. The final page of registration will include a link from your banner to your company website. NOTE: Exhibitor must provide their company logo and banner ad according to the specifications outlined below. More than 93% of LIGHTFAIR attendees register online for LFI! Shuttle Bus Signage For five consecutive days, buses will operate from early morning until evening through San Diego transporting lighting professionals between their hotels and the Convention Center.
