The CSCA is proud to be the host of the longest running convention for our industry. SALES PROCESS: PHASE 1 PHASE 2 PHASE Sponsors will have the exclusive opportunity to purchase their previous level of sponsorship for the 2016 convention. Remaining 2016 Sponsorships will be available for purchase to 2015 convention sponsors for one week. Remaining Sponsorships will be available to all CSCA Members and Partners. TUESDAY, JANUARY 5: TUESDAY, JANUARY 12, 11:00 AM CST: TUESDAY, JANUARY 19, 11:00 AM CST: HERE S HOW IT WORKS PAYMENT DETAILS PHASE 1 A 10% deposit via credit card is required at the time of purchase to confirm your sponsorship. CSCA staff will contact all 2015 sponsors sponsors will have the opportunity to repurchase their sponsorship level from 2015 for the 2016 convention. If they pass on this opportunity, they may participate in phase 2. PHASE 2 The sponsorship contact for your company will receive a formal invitation via to purchase remaining sponsorships that were not sold during phase 1. If the company contact will not be available to purchase the sponsorship, please notify Denise Medeiros (dmedeiros@pulsecanada.com) to make alternate arrangement for you company. PHASE 3 All CSCA Members and Partners will be sent sponsorship purchase instructions. Follow the link included in the invitation to open the list of available sponsorships and purchase your selection. 2nd installment of 15% is due by February 5, 2016 Final installment of 75% is due by May 30, All payments will be charged to the same credit card used for the initial purchase on the payment due dates.
