2 CONVENTION Now in its Fifth year, the Angus Convention is the industry-leading event hosted by the American Angus Association. It is defined by quality education seminars, a solution-oriented trade show, Certified Angus Beef meals, ample networking opportunities and the Annual Meeting of Delegates for the American Angus Association. The common tie of the Angus Convention participants is their personal commitment to quality beef advancement on all levels of the production chain from cow-calf producer to the commercial cattleman, and the feeder to the packer. These cattlemen and women are eager to explore the newest technology, discuss the latest ideas and insights, and share what s working for them. The trade show is an integral part of the Angus Convention and gives you the opportunity to see and be seen by a high concentration of individuals who make and/or influence farm and ranch buying decisions. Meals, refreshment breaks and receptions are scheduled in the trade show to maximize traffic and draw the people you want to meet.

5 Star Sponsorship Program The Angus Convention has become a world-renowned event thanks to the generous and consistent support of our sponsors. Listed below are the five levels of available sponsorship recognition. Sponsors earn a Star Sponsor level based on their total dollars invested each year, including the Angus Convention booth space rental and Angus Convention advertising/sponsorships. Once these criteria are met, the total 2018 fiscal year advertising with Angus Media, including special services projects, will be calculated into the Star Sponsorship Program total. One Star Sponsor $15,000 In addition to the recognition with the sponsored items, One Star Sponsors will receive special recognition in the event website, convention guide and on-site signs. The company logo will be included in sponsor reels used throughout the Angus Convention. Two Star Sponsor $35,000 In addition to the recognition with the sponsored items, Two Star Sponsors will receive all items received by One Star Sponsors plus company mention during the convention general session, and a company representative is invited to attend the Angus Foundation Donor Recognition Event on Friday, November 2. Three Star Sponsor $75,000 In addition to the recognition with the sponsored items, Three Star Sponsors will receive all items received by Two Star Sponsors plus the company logo projected on the wall of the trade show exhibition hall. Four Star Sponsor $125,000 In addition to the recognition with the sponsored items, Four Star Sponsors will receive all items received by Three Star Sponsors plus an educational interview for use as an editorial segment in a future episode of The Angus Report. Five Star Sponsor $225,000 In addition to the recognition with the sponsored items, Five Star Sponsors will receive all items received by Four Star Sponsors plus a series of educational interviews for use as editorial segments in future episodes of The Angus Report, a Five Star Sponsor recognition sign for display at your company booth, and additional considerations as available.

6 Angus Convention Sponsorship Opportunities All sponsors will receive recognition in the event website, convention guide and on-site signage. Show Bags $6,500 Place your company s logo on the official show bags and include a promotional piece with the first 2,500 people at the Angus Convention. Bags are approved by the Angus Convention and provided by the sponsoring company. Registration Inserts $2,500 Place your company s marketing literature or show promotion coupon in the Angus Convention registration packet in the show bag. 2,500 pieces of literature are supplied by the sponsoring company, and the inserts are due to the American Angus Association by October 1, Lanyards $6,500 This sponsorship may be one of the most visible opportunities at the Angus Convention. The first 2,500 people who enter the Convention and Trade Show will receive a lanyard with your brand and the Angus logo on it. Lanyards are approved by the Angus Convention, and provided by the sponsoring company. SOLD Trade Show Floor Clings $400 Provide reinforcement messaging to point Angus Convention trade show participants to your trade show booth with 3 x 3 floor clings. Catch their eye and trigger traffic to head to your location. Floor clings are designed and provided by the Angus Convention, and approved by the sponsoring company. Column Signs $1,000 These freestanding column signs prominently display your company logo and message. Each has four advertising opportunities. Both are in prime locations where all Angus Convention participants will navigate through. Each sign is wide x tall. Angus Convention will provide the printing and installation. Sponsoring company provides the camera-ready design that must be approved by the Angus Convention. Door Window Clings Variety of choices to pick from, please contact us for sizes. Angus Convention will provide the printing and installation. Sponsoring company provides the cameraready design that must be approved by the Angus Convention. *Rates available upon request. Directional Signs $5,500 Your company logo will appear on all directional signs for the Angus Convention in the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Attendees will see your logo prominently displayed as they look for a session or event (does not appear on signs pertaining to other sponsored items or events). Eight or more signs are designed and provided by the Angus Convention, and approved by the sponsoring company. SOLD

7 Angus Convention Sponsorship Opportunities Trade Show Aisle Signs $1,000 Everyone depends on directional aisle signs to effectively navigate through the trade show floor. Increase recognition of your company s brand among thousands of cattlemen, and remind attendees of your booth location by displaying your company name, logo, and booth number on several aisle signs throughout the show. Two-sided aisle signs let attendees see your logo every time they look up. Visibility outside your booth doesn t get any better than this. Aisle signs are designed and provided by the Angus Convention, and approved by the sponsoring company. Hydration Station $3,500 A unique opportunity to further enhance participation, showcase your brand and provide attendees with a complimentary bottle of water. Each Hydration Station is 5 6 wide x 8 tall. Cost includes the graphics, installation and removal. We do not, however, provide the water bottles. Sponsoring company works with the convention center food and beverage team to purchase water bottles and keep the station filled during all trade show hours. The 22 x 28 easel sign is provided at an additional fee of $125. Sponsoring company is responsible for providing a camera-ready design that must be approved by the Angus Convention. All files must be provided in a hi-res, ready to print PDF. Materials are due by September 1, 2018 and should be sent to Leann Schleicher at LSchleicher@angus.media Boot & Shoe Shine Station $4,000 This is a great way to drive traffic to your booth and achieve unique visibility in a central location. Sponsor will be recognized with their logo on one sign located at the shoe shine station and sponsor is responsible for providing the coupon to be given at their booth for the shoe shine service. Includes two shoe shiners during trade show hours on Saturday, November 3, and Sunday, November 4. Exhibitor Custom Eblast Message Reach your potential customers AND maximize your presence before arriving in Columbus! This eblast message will serve as a resource for participants to learn more about your company and trade show promotions. Sponsoring company provides the distribution-ready design that must be approved by the Angus Convention. Eblast will be distributed by the Angus Convention on behalf of the sponsoring company. One-time $1,500 Two-times $2,000 Three-times $2,400 Participant Banner Ad $1,500 Raise awareness for your brand by placing banner ads in the Angus Convention participant communications. After pre-registering for the Angus Convention, the American Angus Association will follow up regularly with each participant with event teasers, important information, etc.

8 Angus Convention Sponsorship Opportunities Monday Morning Break $10,000 Attendees will enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee, tea or water while waiting for the annual meeting to begin. This will be an opportunity to be in front of a captive audience. Angus Convention will supply two signs. Sponsor may supply branded cups and napkins. With each sip, the attendees will appreciate your support. Exhibitor Custom Direct Mail The Angus Convention s goal is to assist you, our exhibitor, to increase your exposure by targeting key prospects with pre-show marketing in the weeks leading up to the Convention. Postcards are just the beginning of the custom direct mail services available through the Angus Media special services department. Every project is unique as the brand they represent. As the primary tool for participants to navigate the educational, networking and exhibitor offerings of the Angus Convention, the official convention guide is distributed in advance of the Angus Convention with the October issues of the Angus Journal reaching 13,000 subscribers and Angus Beef Bulletin reaching over 65,000 commercial cattlemen. Each participant also receives the Angus Convention guide at name badge pick-up and is referenced multiple times a day throughout the event. Plus the Angus Convention guide is posted online for additional distribution and reference. Deadline for space reservations and ad copy is August 11.
