2 EXHIBITION The exhibition will be at the heart of the conference. The meeting rooms and catering areas are located in such a way that a dynamic flow of conference delegates and exhibition visitors will be generated. The main scientific sessions and plenary room are located along the exhibition. This will create ample time to visit the exhibits and to meet the representatives of the sponsoring companies. Exhibition Booth Rental The rental fees are $ per 6m 2 (3x2 meter) exhibition booth and $ m 2 (3x3 meter) The rental fee for a stand includes the following; 1 Table 2 Chairs 2 Spot Lights 2 Shelves (if needed) 1 Waste Basket 1 Power Point Exhibitor Name Written on the Booth Fascia If you require a specialist booth that can be discussed and built for you. The exhibition will be open for registered participants of the conference and other visitors of the venue during the following hours: Monday, 19 November 08:00-17:30 hours Tuesday, 20 November 08:00-17:30 hours Notifications All notifications concerning exhibitions must be submitted to the Congress Administrator at administrator@afsbtecowasconference.org. All cancellations for exhibition and sponsorship must be made before 28 September Terms of Payment After a potential exhibitor registers to exhibit at conference, a confirmation and an invoice for the total amount will be sent and is due to being paid within one week after receipt. 2

3 Your company is invited to apply for different sponsoring opportunities for the AfSBT ECOWAS Regional Conference Sponsors will be announced in related announcements and in the final programme. Sponsors are free to make their selection from the list of 4 sponsorship options. Below is an overview of the sponsor levels (including their benefits): Level 1: Bronze Sponsor $ 2, Level 2: Silver Sponsor $ 5, Level 3: Gold Sponsor $ 7, Level 4: Platinum Sponsor $ 10, Details of the different levels of sponsorship and accompanying benefits can be found below. Additional Sponsor Options There are additional sponsorship options available on page 8. We do welcome creative suggestions and are happy to work with you on extra options. Up to 5 roll-up banners at the venue compound during the event. (to be supplied by sponsor). Appreciation plaque presented by the guest of honor. 8 OPPORTUNITIES In addition to the sponsorship levels and exhibition space the Conference offers a variety of other sponsorship opportunities. We hope that you find a sponsor item that fits your specific interest and budget. We are however open to any creative proposals that do not appear on the list. Advertisement In The Final Programme The Final Programme will be distributed among the registered delegates and sponsors. The cost of a one-page full color advertisement is $ Conference T-Shirts With the company name printed on the sleeve of the conference t-shirts, your brand will be carried throughout the conference and beyond. $ 1, Conference Bags All registered delegates and sponsors will receive a bag, which will display your company logo in addition to the Conference logo.
