1 Cone Crushing and Screening School #2 August 7 th 9 th, 2018 Johnson Crushers International, Eugene, Oregon Course Description This three-day course will educate attendees on how to assemble, disassemble, operate and maintain the Kodiak Plus Cone Crusher, Combo Screen and triple-shaft horizontal screen. The course will also review the new KCS control system, which replaced the MILO control system. Participants will receive hands-on training as well as classroom education. Early Bird Registration: July 20 Tuition fee: Rate: $399 per person. Earlybirds that register before July 13 th the rate charged is $299. Billing Dealers with credit accounts with the factory may use a Purchase Order number (PO) for billing. Customers attending classes will be billed through the servicing dealer or credit card for those that do not have a dealer. If credit card billing is preferred, please make a note in the registration form with contact info so the hosting factory can reach you for credit card information. Be sure to announce you are with the Johnson Crushers International (JCI) PRO Training School upon registration to ensure the discounted rate. Online bookings will not offer you the discounted rate; you must call the hotel directly. We have a block of rooms with reduced rates at the above hotel.

2 Transportation: There is a complimentary airport shuttle offered by this hotel. Upon arriving at the Eugene Airport, please use the airport courtesy phone or call the hotel at the number listed above. Rental cars and taxis are also readily available at the airport. Any additional transportation toand-from JCI and hotel throughout the training days will be provided by JCI, as outlined in the agenda. Meals: fast will be served starting at 7:00 each morning. Lunches, assorted beverages and snacks will also be provided throughout the training. There will be a JCI-hosted dinner and social opportunity on one of the nights following training.
