2 The Western States Sign Show has proven to be a not-to-miss event, and 2012 is no exception. This year will be bigger and better than ever as the Western States Sign Council combines efforts with the California Sign Association, creating the first Western States Sign Show/CSA Convention. This combined event will take place at the, September 13 15, The Western States Sign Show Progress Through Partnerships, has been redesigned to meet the needs of exhibitors and attendees alike. The combination of the two events and the close proximity to one of the state s largest population bases is expected to boost attendance and provide an excellent value for your company and for your marketing dollars. The show format has been compacted, fun networking events added, and everyone will be staying at the show hotel with the goal of making this a truly holistic networking experience for exhibitors. This show has typically drawn strong attendance from as low as 700 in the worst of times to nearly 3,000, and that s just for the WSSC Sign Show. With the ISA Expo in Orlando in 2012, and many in the industry unable to travel, the WSSC board expects this show to once again attract strong attendance. The show will offer booth size spaces as well as tabletops to meet everyone s needs, and the exhibit value is enhanced by including one night s stay at the host hotel in the exhibit fee. As an ISA sanctioned event, companies exhibiting at the 2012 ISA Expo will receive one point by exhibiting at the Western States Sign Show. 3 Exhibitor Housing: Each exhibit space receives one night s lodging (Friday) included with the exhibit fee. Lodging will be at the. Reservations will be made by the Western States Sign Council in the name indicated on the exhibit space contract. Additional rooms and/or nights ($129/night) and all incidentals will be at exhibitor s expense. Accommodations: The host hotel for the 2012 Western States Sign Show and California Sign Association Conference, the, offers a luxurious and classy setting minutes away from the heart of Anaheim. Their 653 recently renovated, hypo-allergenic rooms include Wi-Fi access and flat screen TVs. Also available are 240 spacious suites with refrigerators, microwaves and 87 kids suites. The Hyatt Regency Orange County features a 24-hour StayFit gym, two heated outdoor pools, hot tubs, a full-sized tennis court, basketball court and preferred tee times at premier Orange County golf courses. The expansive hotel is ideal for families, business travelers and vacationers alike. 4 Exhibit Space: Each exhibit space receives one 6 ft. skirted table and two chairs. Exhibit price includes one night s lodging, ten drink tickets and four badges per booth space, or two badges per tabletop space. Additional badges are $10 each. Booth spaces measure 10 deep by 10 wide. Tabletop exhibits (6 x 30 ) may use only the top of the table for display purposes. If the exhibiting firm is a member of the WSSC state sign associations, the following credits will apply: Membership Credits Toward Exhibit Booth Prices: California Sign Association member credit = $200 Arizona Sign Association member credit = $100 Nevada Sign Association member credit = $100 Utah Sign Association member credit = $100 An exhibitor belonging to all four state associations would receive $500 in credits toward booth pricing. A maximum of $400 in membership credits will be awarded for tabletop exhibits. A company belonging to Arizona, Nevada and Utah would receive $300 in credits. One belonging to CSA and Arizona, for example, would also get $300 in credit. California only, $200; Arizona only, $100, etc. Networking Incentive: In an effort to truly make this a networking extravaganza, WSSC will provide each exhibit contract 10 drink tickets to be distributed at the exhibitor s discretion. The drink tickets may be used at any and all of the following events taking place during the show: 1) opening party (bowling); 2) exhibit hall reception; 3) closing party (luau).

5 Restrictions: All exhibitors must be a member of ISA or any of the four state associations in the Western States Sign Council in order to exhibit. To join any of the WSSC state sign associations, complete the applicable membership application and submit it with your exhibit contract. Information for your listing in the show program will be taken from the Company Information side of this form, so accuracy and completeness are important.
