2 Summary The Arkansas Chapter of ITE is pleased to host the 2017 Annual Fall MOVITE Meeting in the historic city of Hot Springs, Arkansas. As you travel down the scenic Arkansas highways, there lies the beautiful city of Hot Springs. In this historic town, you can experience the natural heated springs on Bathhouse Row, locally-owned restaurants & breweries, endless trails through the Hot Springs National Park and family-friendly attractions. The 2017 Fall Meeting will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel, which is located in the heart of downtown Hot Springs. The Local Arrangements Committee has worked hard to develop an educational program and networking events. A summary is below, with a draft technical agenda on the following page. Wednesday, October 4th The conference begins in the evening with an icebreaker and networking social at the Embassy Suites Bar/ Lobby on the 1st floor in the Atrium and Salon C. Thursday, October 5th and Friday, October 6th On Thursday and Friday, there will be presentations, keynote speakers, and a Thursday night social event at a local brewery. Highlights include: Thursday keynote speaker: Shawn Leight, International ITE President, Technical sessions on local and regional transportation projects, emerging technologies in transportation, and more. Friday s breakfast will include honoring MOVITE Past Presidents. Keynote speaker: Scott Bennett, ARDOT Director

6 Sponsorship The success of events such as the MOVITE Fall Conference is the result of the support of organizations who recognize the value of the services provided by this organization. Companies are able to show their support for the meeting and MOVITE through a sponsorship. In return, your company s logo will be displayed on various meeting materials, with recognition given during the conference, to maximize visibility of your company to meeting attendees. An of your company s logo shall be ed to Mark Nichols (MNichols@jonesboro.org) prior to September 30, 2017 so that it can be included on the official program and meeting materials. Note: Early sponsorship submittals will allow for your logo to receive the maximum exposure on the website and official meeting program. We encourage you to complete this form and provide your logo as early as possible. Exhibitors The MOVITE Fall Conference offers organizations an opportunity to showcase their products and services to a large and varied audience of transportation professionals. Exhibitor booths will be available for those organizations who register for an exhibitor registration. Additional information is below: There are a limited number of exhibit booths available. Exhibitor registration and location assignment will be done on a first come, first serve basis. Exhibitor booth set up is available beginning at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, October 4th. Exhibits must be removed following the last presentation on Friday, October 6th. Price of exhibitor registration includes 8 X10 space, 6 skirted table, and power. Hotel Wi-Fi available. Meeting sponsorships must be purchased if additional advertisement is desired. The exhibitor registration includes (1) full meeting registration. If there will be more than one exhibitor at a booth, individual registrations must be completed for each additional exhibitor participating meeting activities.

7 Social Activities Wednesday night s social activities will be held at the Bar/ Lobby area of the Embassy Suites Hotel. Catch up with other MOVITE colleagues and receive advice on possible dining and entertainment options in Downtown Hot Springs. Join us Thursday night for food, drinks, and fun at the local Superior Bathhouse Brewery! This craft brewery is the only one of its kind, as it s located inside a national park.
