The Operator Equipment Expo is NOT an exhibit hall. It is a demonstration show with live, hands-on demos geared towards operators and managers. MRWA encourages you to allow attendees to try out your products. Each vendor booth includes the booth location (your choice: inside or outside), 1-8 foot table, 2 chairs, 2 vendor attendees, lunch on September 24, and a T-shirt. Water and electricity hookups are available (you must bring your own cords and hoses). Check out the enclosed registration forms for more details. We hope to see you there!

2 MRWA OPERATOR EQUIPMENT EXPO Set-up Times and Expo Information: Tuesday, September 23 (Set-up Day) - 1:00pm until 7:00pm *All heavy equipment vendors MUST use the 5th Street gated entrance. *Vendors MUST have heavy equipment delivered and set-up by 8:00am on Wednesday. *Vendors MUST stay for the full-day of the Expo. Wednesday, September 24-8:00am - 4:00pm (Expo Day) *Gates will open at 6:30am for Vendors and 7:30am for Attendees. Vendor Responsibilities: Decide what equipment you will demo or have hands-on training (see Call For Demonstration form). Decide if you need an inside or outside booth location. Decide what size of an area that you will need. You may order a tent for your outside area. (See tent sizes and options on back of form. Order early: number of tents available are limited). You MUST indicate on the booth form if you will need electricity or water and remember to bring your own extension cords for electricity and garden hoses for water. You may bring your own extra tables or tents if needed. What s Included in Booth Fee: 1) Booth location and space are awarded based on needs and availability. Register early for best location. 2) 1-8 foot table and 2 chairs. 3) 2 vendor attendees are included. 4) Lunch on September 24. (Rolls and coffee are also provided in the morning) 5) Operator Expo T-Shirt. (You can help sponsor these! See Expo Sponsor form). Refund Policy: There will be no refunds issued for the MRWA Operator Equipment Expo. Substitutes are always welcomed. Call the MRWA office if you plan to substitute registrants.
