Deadline for discounted reservations is Sunday, May 6, You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. Here is the on-line link to our room block at the Wyndham: WYNDHAM HOTEL RESERVATIONS Exhibitor Registrations Each company representative working in or visiting the exhibits will be required to register and wear an identification badge. Each exhibitor will be permitted to register the number of representatives as outlined by their level of participation. These registrations are complimentary. All representatives must pre-register on-line: CONFERENCE REGISTRATION Enter the code PIVENDOR18 to reserve your free badges for the conference. NOTE: Any additional company representatives above the allotted complimentary registrations will be charged at the $450 rate and you must use the registration option Exhibition only found on the event page. Hotel Shipping and Receiving Rates SEE the Exhibitor Kit from the Wyndham Grand Exhibitor Badges Badges will not be mailed in advance, and can be picked up on-site at the Exhibitor Registration Desk. Each person issued an exhibitor s badge must be employed by the exhibiting company or have a direct business affiliation. Exhibitor Set Up, Viewing & Breakdown Information on Shipping to Hotel If you call the hotel directly, please tell reservations you will be attending the Pathology Informatics Summit 2018 conference. PLEASE NOTE: The hotel cannot accept shipments any sooner than three (3) days prior to the start date of the conference. A basic powerstrip with electricity is also provided at no cost. Exhibitors may set up on Monday, May 21, All set up must be completed by 7:00 am on Tuesday, May 22. Exhibits open 7:00 am on Tuesday May 22 with all meals being served directly in the Exhibitor Ballroom. Please see conference schedule for all exhibitor viewing times. Breakdown can start at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, May 23, Last exhibit viewing is Wednesday, May 23 from 3:30 4:30 pm. All exhibitors must have their booths disassembled by 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 24, We permit the use of pop-up displays that will fit on the display table of each exhibitor. Floor displays are acceptable as long as they are kept behind the table or in front of the table but do not extend laterally beyond the length of the table and impinge on the space allocated to neighboring exhibitors. MEETING LANYARDS - $2,500 (limit 1) Sponsor the PI Summit Meeting Lanyard with your company logo (styles vary based on availability from production company) TRAVEL AWARDS - $1,200 (unlimited) Sponsor a trainee to attend the PI Summit 2018 by providing a travel award that will cover the cost of their registration and travel. ROOM KEY CARD - $3,000 (limit 1) Sponsor the hotel room card keys with your company logo. Cost includes design, production, printing, and shipping to hotel. MEETING TOTES - $5,000 (limit 1) Sponsor the PI Summit Meeting totes with your company logo on one side, and the PI Summit logo on the other (neutral color for the meeting tote and exhibitor will work with PI Summit team to select bag style).
