3 FINE FOOD INDIA HITS THE SPOT The inaugural Fine Food India was a great success with 3445 visitors coming through the door. 138 exhibitors from 17 countries including representatives from Sopexa France, Austrade, Southern United States Trade Association (SUSTA), Dabon International, Foods and Wines from Spain, The Tree of Life, Dilmah Teas and a host of other quality food companies enjoyed the 2011 production and over 60% have committed to exhibiting at Fine Food India look who came to buy from food service, retail & Hospitality sectors. International and Local wine tasting and cocktail mixing experts will host a number of educational workshops and disseminate useful information. THE INFLUENTIAL CHEFS The 2011 Food Theatre included demonstrations from Michelin Star Chef Dani Lopez from Spain will feature top Indian and International chefs demonstrating their culinary skills and presenting mouth-watering creations at the Food Theatre. THE VALUABLE ADVICE The Business Forum with leading food industry professionals will convene to present and discuss topics and issues at the forefront of the food industry today, and those that will impact and shape the future of this rapidly evolving sector.
