2 THE CHEF S TABLE EVENT Held in one of London s most popular event venues, the Business Design Centre, Islington, The Chef s Table Event will offer a range of unique learning and dining experiences. With pop-up teaching kitchens run by respected UK cookery schools, tasting and pairing workshops, and a theatre where acclaimed chefs will share their knowledge, there will be plenty to see and learn, not to mention eat. At the heart of the event, our exhibition space will bring together the best brands in modern British gastronomy to share their stories with an audience of knowledgeable and passionate home cooks. Unique in its focus, The Chef s Table Event has been created to offer a more meaningful and memorable experience for people who truly love food.

3 A CULINARY COMMUNITY The format and content of the event has been designed to appeal to the country s best home cooks. Our visitors will come to learn from the best in a comfortable environment alongside like-minded people. To locate the,000 visitors we want to attend in March, we will work with our ticketing partners to profile an existing database of.1 million consumers and select those that match our expectations in terms of interest, location and affluence. Our media and association partners will help us to reach additional audiences who spend a large proportion of their disposable income on cooking, entertaining and travelling to expand their culinary knowledge. 4 SPECIAL CHEFS Our exhibitors and partners will offer the best in equipment and produce to help accomplished cooks reach the next level. With strict limits on daily attendance, the audience at Chef s Table will be a highly focused group of consumers, small in number but significant in knowledge and influence. This style of event will suit any brand that wants to spend quality time with new clients, to create an experience and build a relationship. This face-toface interaction with passionate cooks will create powerful loyalties, which will ripple through to their peer groups.
