2 ABOUT THE EXHIBITION On May 16-19th, 2017, the ExpoGeorgia exhibition center hosted its 22nd International Exhibition for Building and Interiors. 164 Companies from 18 countries were represented during the four days and they had the opportunity to meet with the industry professionals and find information for entering and developing Georgian and foreign markets. Attracting almost professional visitors from 13 countries, the International Exhibition for Building and Interiors once again proved its international significance and importance for the entire Caucasus region. In the framework of the exhibition, for the first time up to 60 B2B (business to business) meetings were held between the industry professionals. Participants of the exhibition and the invited business visitors were meeting in the specially organized Business Lounge. The schedule of the meetings was developed in advance and approved by the participants. The two parties had 20 minutes on average to meet, discuss and exchange business contacts with each other. The coordinator from the ExpoGeorgia team was responsible for managing, ensuring non-disturbance and keeping track of the meetings. 7 EVENT HIGHLIGHTS In the framework of the exhibition, for the first time up to 60 B2B meetings were held between the industry professionals. Participants of the exhibition and the invited Business Visitors were meeting in the specially organized Business Lounge. The schedule of the meetings was developed in advance and approved by the participants. The two parties had 20 minutes on average to meet, discuss and exchange business contacts with each other. The coordinator from the ExpoGeorgia team was responsible for managing, ensuring nondisturbance and keeping track of the meetings. This newly developed tool was highly appreciated and valued by both parties. Some even had the opportunity to sell their products and services during the meetings. RECEPTION DINNER On the evening of May 17th, the second day of the exhibition, a reception dinner was held in honor of the participants of the exhibition and to award those who stood out. The Gala dinner was organized by ExpoGeorgia and attended by 200 guests. During this event the participants had the opportunity to meet, greet and dine while enjoying some unique Georgian culture, accompanied by the best of Georgian wines. This was a highly successful event that was enjoyed by everyone. UP TO 60 B2B MEETINGS WERE ORGANIZED BETWEEN THE PARTICIPANTS AND THE SPECIAL INVITATION BUSINESS VISITORS DURING THE FOUR DAYS OF THE EXHIBITION Targeted social media campaigns were launched on Facebook and LinkedIn, and the recipients were chosen by industry, region and profession. An active Facebook campaign was launched 5 weeks before the opening, focusing on promoting the exhibition. Facebook advertising was done by the companies participating in the exhibition. ADVERTISEMENT AND ANNOUNCEMENTS OF THE EXHIBITION IN THE PRINTED MEDIA AND ONLINE NEWS Extensive outdoor advertising was done by means of two billboards in the city and two light boxes in the arrival zone of the airport.

9 ABOUT THE ORGANIZER ExpoGeorgia is the leading exhibition and convention center in Caucasus region. As a multifunctional business center, we combine trade fairs with congress and conferences. Experienced, attentive event coordinators work to develop new concepts and programs to ensure that ExpoGeorgia as a relationship broker continues to have a strong voice in the international economic forums of tomorrow. History of the Exhibition Center starts in At that time, State has built temporary exhibition pavilions and organized industrial exhibition to celebrate 1500 years anniversary of Tbilisi. Large scale construction works began in 1961 and as a result 11 pavilions, green house, pool sand park were placed in the city center. During Soviet Period exhibition center was a place for permanent exhibition of industrial and agricultural achievements of Soviet Republic, once a year the space was devoted to international exhibitions. In organization was privatized and transformed into Joint Stock Company. Infrastructure was modernized. ExpoGeorgia has been assigned a very important role guiding foreign capital inflow in Georgia and opening international markets for new Georgian businesses.
