2 As the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, I would like to thank you for taking the time to review the sponsorship opportunities for our 2018 AGM and Convention. Our AGM and Convention brings together over 320 chamber of commerce executives and community business leaders to discuss the economic and political issues that affect the prosperity of Canadian business, enabling our member chambers to become more relevant and successful advocates for their communities. It is also the opportunity for chambers of commerce to present their member businesses key concerns to our cross-country network. The resolutions that we will adopt to suggest ways to foster a stronger economic environment for business will be presented to the federal government and shape our public policy objectives for the upcoming year. Elements of the meeting s program, including a Poker Run draw and scheduled breaks, are built around the Expo, ensuring one-on-one time with delegates. The Chamber Expo will also be open to businesses that are members of the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce, maximizing your company s exposure.
