DIETARY NEEDS Crked Creek Ranch s fd service team is very willing t wrk with yur child s dietary needs. On yur student s registratin frm, there s a spt t indicate any dietary needs. MEDICAL In the event f an unexpected accident, there is always a qualified medical prfessinal n call t tend t yur child s needs. If needed, the lcal hspital is nly a shrt drive away. A medical prfessinal will be at registratin n Friday afternn and wuld be happy t talk thrugh any medical needs r cncerns yu may have. LOCATION We have the privilege f renting Crked Creek Ranch, a YungLife camp, in Fraser, CO. Take a lk at the camp: Crked Creek Ranch 3000 Cunty Rd. #517 Fraser, CO (970) LATE ARRIVAL/EARLY PICKUP If fr any reasn yu need t drive yur student t Crked Creek Ranch late, r need t pick them up early, yu must fill ut this frm by February 15. 3 Bathing Suit- There is a giant ht tub that we ll be able t enjy that fits 70 peple at a time! Please make sure yur student brings an apprpriate bathing suit. We ask that female students wear a tankini r ne-piece suit that cvers up their stmach. Guys, n speeds. If they cannt prvide this, we will ask that they d nt swim, r wear a t-shirt. Attire fr the black light dance party. White r nen clthes. Attire fr Tribal Wars Team Cmpetitins: Tribes will be annunced in January! Bedding: Crked Creek prvides all sheets, blankets, and pillws as well as shwer twels. Yur student can bring their wn pillw, but they d prvide everything. If students plan t swim, they may want an extra twel. Mney: We will have a snack bar pen varius times. S maybe an extra $20 f spending mney. Snacks: Feel free t pack yur student with as many snacks as they can handle. It s always a gd idea t pack a water bttle t! ROOMS We arrange rms accrding t grade, gender and campus. Rms have anywhere frm beds per rm with at least ne leader per rm. Guys and girls are in separate buildings and are never allwed t enter a building f the ppsite sex. If yu re hping t rm with a specific persn, yu may fill ut the frm belw: We cannt guarantee any rmmate requests, but we will make a nte f it and d ur best accmmdate requests. RULES 1. If a student is caught in the rm/drm f the ppsite sex, this will result in immediate expulsin frm the retreat. 2. If a student is fund with any illegal drugs (including marijuana), drug paraphernalia, alchl, tbacc, vaprizers, juuls, weapns, r any ther inapprpriate material, this will result in immediate expulsin frm the retreat. 3. If a student leaves the campgrund, this will result in immediate expulsin frm the retreat. 4. We ask that all students respect the adult vlunteers wh are in charge. We have a lt f vlunteers wh are giving up their time and we ask that they be appreciated. 3

5 SUPERVISION The rati f adults t students is apprximately 1:5. Every rm has at least ne adult vlunteer in it. All adults have gne thrugh a thrugh backgrund check. Each night staff des rm checks t make such every student is in their rm. Students are never allwed in the drms f the ppsite sex. TRANSPORTATION We hire a prfessinal charter bus service t transprt students and leaders t and frm Crked Creek Ranch. If the weather is severe, the bus cmpany may decide t delay departure t ensure the safety f all. In the event f a delayed departure, we will ntify families by as sn as we hear frm the bus cmpany. If yur student must be driven up late t r picked up early frm Crked Creek Ranch, this frm must be submitted by February 15.
