Please call ur ffice at fr ther pssible arrangements Reservatins bked with at least 48 business hurs advance ntice ONLY guarantee the lwest rate T guarantee a seat n yur preferred shuttle, we suggest reservatins 1 t 2 weeks in advance Yu are nly guaranteed a seat at the time f yur riginal reservatin. Cancellatins made t yur reservatin mre than 48 business hurs in advance will incur a $20 cancellatin fee. Reservatins cancelled with less than 48 business hur s ntice are NOT refundable. Yu may hld the amunt as an accunt credit t be used at any time by yurself r an immediate family member Please nte the reservatin hlder will need t call t schedule new reservatin. Reservatins bked with less than 48 business hurs ntice are NOT refundable. Custmers wh bk a reservatin and d nt shw up fr their reserved time will be cnsidered a NO SHOW and the reservatin will NOT be refunded. If yu bked a rund trip reservatin, the return trip will als be cancelled. Custmers wh shw up and cancel upn arrival, either by phne r with the driver in persn, will be cnsidered a NO SHOW and the reservatin will NOT be refunded. Custmers wh cancel their reservatin after the driver has departed hme, will be cnsidered a NO SHOW and the reservatin will NOT be refunded Changes t yur reservatin must be dne within 48 business hurs f travel date and time. Changes dne with less ntice will be subject t additinal fees and availability There is n fee fr the first change t yur reservatin Additinal changes may incur a $25 charge If yu are traveling with us frm the airprt, please allw adequate time t retrieve yur luggage and meet the USA Express driver. Our drivers depart the airprt n schedule. If yu miss yur scheduled departure, yu are stand-by fr the next available shuttle with seats. Hwever, we cannt guarantee space and availability fr any trip ther than the ne fr which yu are scheduled. We realize that flights are frequently delayed, cancelled r missed. While this certainly causes an incnvenience, ur schedule cannt be adjusted t accmmdate airline delays. Failure t meet yur scheduled departure des nt alter the terms f the cancellatin plicy, abve. As sn as yu knw f a flight delay, call ur ffice Smetimes it is pssible t have the driver wait fr yu, subject t availability The wait time fee, subject t availability, is $50 / hur If yu are arriving less than 30 minutes befre shuttle departure, yu must chse a later shuttle time.

2 Each custmer ver the age f 8 is allwed 2 standard** size bags and 1 small carryn, i.e. Laptp Cmputer Bag, purse r backpack. Custmers age 8 and under are allwed 1 small carry n. Yu must ntify us f excess r ver weight / size luggage and $20 per excess bag will be charged. If yu d nt ntify us f yur excess luggage, there is n guarantee there will be space fr yur luggage. If yu have excess r ver weight / size luggage and d nt ntify ur ffice and there is nt rm, yur reservatin will NOT be refunded. **The maximum weight fr any luggage is fifty (50) punds (32 Kg) **The maximum size fr any luggage is 48in L x 24in W x 36in H (122cm L x 61cm W x 91cm H) T ur Military travelers, luggage yu carry are cvered at n additinal cst, we just ask yu ntify us f the number f bags yu will have. Thank yu! If yu are bking yur reservatin with less than 48 business hurs ntice, after 4 pm (CST), Saturday, Sunday r a hliday yu MUST call ur ffice, t receive a cnfirmatin and rate. Special pickups and private shuttle service is available. Special Pickups have an additinal fee f $ 100 and yu are nt guaranteed t be the nly passenger in the van. The standby rate fr Military ID Card Hlders, including spuses and children (must present ID t driver) is $60 (cash nly) per persn n shuttles with extra seats. There is NO guarantee that there will be a shuttle r a seat available n the shuttle. The standby rate is available ONLY frm the St. Luis Airprt. The standby rate fr Civilians is $80 per persn n shuttles with extra seats. There is NO guarantee that there will be a shuttle r a seat available n the shuttle. If yu are arriving n any ther airline, American, Delta, Untied, Frntier and Etc. yur driver will meet yu at Terminal number 1; near Gate D, lcated acrss frm the Chapel. The Meeting Place. Yur driver will have n a Navy Blue, Red r White unifrm shirt and have yur name n a sign. D nt g utside, the driver will nt find yu!

Lenard Wd Military Establishment are allwed at: Main Gate Visitrs Center, Building 100 (9:15 am, 11:15 am, 1:15 pm and 3:15 pm) USO, Building 805, (Limited Service Hurs, Check with USO) Building numbers thrugh 599, 805, and 1800 and up. We are nt permitted t pick up at Building numbers r NO EXCEPTIONS Airprt, Frney Field Sme residential addresses are apprved fr pick up, please cntact ur ffice, t see f yur address is eligible. We d have a license frm the Cmmander at Ft. Lenard Wd allwing us t pick up at the abve listed lcatins n Ft. Lenard Wd. Dr t dr service is available inside city limits f each twn we serve. If yu are utside the city limits, please call ur ffice, t see if yur address is eligible. Children 8 years f age and under must be in a prper safety seat, as per Missuri's Child Restraint Law (RSM )

Children ages 4 thrugh 7 wh weigh at least 40 punds must be in an apprpriate child safety seat r bster seat unless they are 80 punds r 4'9" tall. Children 8 and ver r weighing at least 80 punds r at least 4 9 tall are required t be secured by a safety belt r buckled int an apprpriate bster seat. Custmer is required t prvide their wn safety seat when traveling with USA Express. Our cmpany des nt prvide safety seats. If yu arrive and fail t prvide a prper child safety seat, yu will nt be transprted and yur reservatin will NOT be refunded. Payment All reservatins are t be prepaid with a credit card.
