Histry NCM pened in 1994 the first NCM Caravan was rganized and many Crvettes frm acrss the cuntry shwed up in Bwling Green fr the Grand Opening On the 5 th year anniversary f NCM, the secnd NCM Caravan saw abut 6000 Crvettes arriving int Bwling Green Althugh the idea had been t d this every 5 years, due t the 50 th anniversary f the Crvette, it was decided t d it in Abut 10,000 Crvettes caravanned t BG This was the 15 th anniversary f NCM and als the grand re-pening f NCM after extensive renvatins. Abut 4,500 Crvettes caravanned in. (ecnmy tanked) 2014 This was the the 20 th anniversary f NCM, the 60 th anniversary f the Crvette, and the debut f the C7 Crvette. Abut 6,500 Crvettes caravanned t BG Will celebrate the 25 th Silver Anniversary f NCM and wh knws, maybe either a Zra mdel, r the C8 Crvette. Jeffery Zipity Duda is the appinted Natinal Caravan Chairman fr 2019.

2 What is the NCM Crvette Caravan Each NCM Caravan is rganized by the NCM appinted Natinal Caravan Chairman: Made up f abut 24 separate Reginal caravans, sme including multiple states and sme include parts f Canada example is the NE Regin which includes the NE states, and NY state (nt including NYC and LI), and eastern Canada. Each Reginal caravan is headed by a Reginal Captain selected and installed by NCM Natinal Chairman; Captains select State Leaders, select the theme f the Reginal Caravan, sets up the ruting t get t NCM, selects htels alng the rute, arranges activities at each stp, and establishes methds f raising funds t cver the expenses assciated with cnducting the reginal caravan. The State leaders crdinate the effrts within the state, wrk with the Captain as required, slicit supprt frm dealers, clubs and individuals, and get the Caravan infrmatin distributed t get the flks signed up. NE Reginal Planning Planning started in 2015 and t date: All states have state leaders assigned, alng with an Eastern Canadian Leader. The theme fr the NE Regin will fcus n the 25 years f the NCM Rutes have been established. We have kept the daily distance traveled t abut 350 miles r less. We will kick ff the 2019 NE Caravan frm Gettysburg, PA; frm there we head t Ranke, VA. Then next day we head fr Kingsprt, TN, and then t Bwling Green, KY. Each day there will be activities alng the way. Htels have been selected and we have a blck f rms reserved fr the NE Regin at each stp. 3 Meet and Greet Events Based n past experiences, it was decided that it wuld be t everyne s benefit, if flks wh were ging n the Caravan had sme idea f wh else is ging, and fr thse wh were thinking abut ging but had nt made a decisin, culd get tgether fr a weekend and get additinal, detailed infrmatin, meet thers ging, and have access t the Caravan clthing and accessries, and just have a great time. Of 4 meet and greet events, ne was held at Saratga Springs, NY in May 2017, the secnd will be held in Ogunquit, ME in Octber 2017, a third is planned fr Newprt, RI in May f 2018, and a furth ne is being planned fr the fall f 2018 in Stwe, VT. The Saratga Meet and Greet was held n 4-7 May 2017, in Saratga Springs, NY, at the Giden Putnam Resrt and Spa. It was attended by ver 150 peple and was a resunding success. All had a great time! The secnd Meet and Greet was held in Ogunquit, ME n Octber 2017, in bth the Ogunquit Resrt Htel and the Mariner Resrt. Again ver 150 peple attended and all had a great time! The third Meet and Greet will be held in Newprt, RI frm 17 May 2018 thrugh 19 May Registratin is pen. We will be staying at the Mainstay Htel and Cnference Center. On Friday mrning there will be a tur f the Dris Duke mansin Rugh Pint fllwed by a pht sht, and in the afternn there will be a car cruise t Frt Adams where we will visit the Vlv Ocean Race Village. Saturday mrning we will take a guided sightseeing trll tur f Newprt with mansin tur f either Marble Huse r the Elms. Saturday evening there will be a dinner/dance banquet at The Atlantic Resrt. Optinal fr late Friday afternn will be sailing n a 12 meter slp. The furth Meet and Greet will be held in Stwe, VT frm14 September thrugh 16 September We will be staying at the Cmmdres Inn. Registratin will pen in the Spring f Plans are still underway regarding the event details. NE Caravan Rute Details: At each pint alng the rute, there will be events, raffles, things t see and d, alng with Randy s idea f fun and games. Travel will be in small grups, 10 t 15 cars with a grup leader identified. Yu d nt have t stay within the grup if yu s chse. The Rute Bk (included in the registratin fee) will detail all the rutes, times fr departure and arrival, etc. We will start in Gettysburg, PA at the Wyndham Htel (nte: 2 night minimum stay), with arrivals beginning n Wednesday 21 August. Check-in and pick up tte bags. Yu will be given yur NCM registratin package (less any event clthing rdered with yur registratin). There will be an ptinal Saturday evening kick-ff Banquet dinner (ptinal, separate charge f $50 per persn). Breakfasts are nt included in the package. Additinal activities include:

Mvie Theater next t the Wyndham. Adams Cunty Winery tur. Sunday, 25 August 7:30 AM cars begin t assemble with their designated clr grups and will head ut starting at 8 AM as each grup is ready. Fr thse interested, there will be a stp at the Shenandah Caverns where we will have discunted tur tickets available. After the cavern tur the grups will head ut fr Ranke, VA and the Sheratn Ranke Htel. There will be a beer and wine tasting event (small charge) at Shula s 347 Restaurant next t the htel. Dinner in the htel is included in the package. Breakfast is nt included in the package. Mnday, 26 August 7:30 AM cars begin t assemble with their designated clr grups and will head ut starting at 8 AM as each grup is ready. We first head t the Back f the Dragn then cntinue n t Bristl Mtr Speedway where we will have lunch and d laps arund the track. After ur track time we cntinue n t Kingsprt, TN and the Meadw View Cnference Center and Resrt. There will be a Banquet in the evening which is included in the package. There is a vineyard n the prperty which thse interested can tur. Breakfast is nt included in the package. Tuesday, 27 August 7:30 AM cars begin t assemble with their designated clr grups and will head ut starting at 8 AM as each grup is ready. We head ut fr Bwling Green, KY. At the I-65 rest area just ver the TN/KY brder the NCM will deliver bx lunches. Then we will head n t the Natinal Crvette Museum. On arrival, if yu rdered an event shirt, yu shuld pick them up at the museum. Then we will have ur NE bench unveiling. Plant turs and track time will be available (purchased at time f registering fr the caravan with the NCM). In the evening there will be a Wine Tasting / Cheese and Crackers fllwed by a Dinner Buffet in the Atrium (there will be a small charge fr the tasting and Buffet). Wednesday 28 August the NCM registratin package includes a list f events taking place at the museum and ther side trips, etc. This evening we will have ur NE Crvette Caravan Banquet with a Hawaiian theme, which is included in the package. The Banquet will be held at the Slan Center attached t the Hliday Inn. Breakfast is nt included in the package. Thursday 29 August refer t the NCM schedule fr activities, etc. The NCM will hst their annual Lifetime Members dinner at the museum. We will ffer an Ice Cream Scial in the

5 Hliday Inn Atrium later in the evening where yu can make yur wn Sundae. Breakfast is nt included in the package. Friday 30 August refer t the NCM schedule fr activities, etc. We will ffer a bus tur f Nashville with a winery tur and lunch at the Arringtn Vineyards just utside f Nashville. There will be a charge f $60.00 per persn fr the tur and lunchen. The NCM will be hlding their annual Hall f Fame dinner at the Slan Center that evening. Breakfast is nt included in the package. Saturday 31 August the NE Crvette Caravan is dne and if yu are nt staying fr an additinal night, yu will be either heading hme r have plans t travel with thers t ther areas n the way hme. Caravan Registratin Details yu MUST register with BOTH the NCM and the NE Crvette Caravan: NOTE: As f 1 June 2017 registratin fr the 2019 New England Regin Caravan is OPEN; registratin fr the NCM Caravan is NOT pen but is expected t pen in April Yu have t register fr the 2019 NE Regin Caravan - $325 per cuple, $185 a single; the registratin fee fr the 2019 NE Regin Caravan includes: Guaranteed access fr rms at each htel (ttal f 8 nights) fr the first 165 registratins, including Gettysburg yu will have t cntact each htel, make a reservatin n yur credit card - yu will get infrmatin n whm t cntact t make reservatins at the htels 1 year ut.
