2 When t Apply? A Visa Applicatin must be filled n sner than three mnths prir t the date f departure. Please als nte that the laws prescribe that the Cnsular Authrity makes its decisin n the applicatin in a perid f time that must nt exceed 15 wrking days (that can be further extended in case f necessity). Therefre applicants are strngly encuraged t file their applicatin at least 15 wrking days prir t the date f departure and never, in any case, mre than 90 days befre departure.
