7 ifscc 018 Exhibitor Manual > Exhibition.. Exhibitor Tickets Exhibitors receive two free exhibitor tickets per booth package. Additional exhibitor tickets can be purchased through the exhibitor registration at the cost of 50. Exhibitor Tickets have access to the Exhibition Areas only. No exhibitor tickets are necessary during setup and dismantling. Stand Sharers are not entitled to free exhibitor passes from the organiser. These are valid for the duration of the IFSCC Congress (18 1 September 018), always 0 minutes before and after official opening times for visitors..5. Set-Up & Dismantling Set-Up The booth will be handed over by the booth builder on Wednesday, 18 September 018 at 1:00 noon. At this point, the setup time will begin, and it will end at 17:00 of the same day. Dismantling Dismantling period is: Friday 1 September 018, 16:0 0:00. Any added products or materials must be removed. Please Note: All booths must be completed and set up by this time. Packaging waste etc. must have been removed. Please Note: Any items found within the booth area will be removed at the expense of the exhibitor. 7

Should you need additional furniture or technical equipment like LCD screens for your booth, please do not hesitate to order this using the order form for booth equipment. Lighting The general lighting in the halls has a mid-range illumination level and doesn t serve as illumination of booths and exhibits. Each booth package includes 5 spotlights. Should you need further lighting elements, please book these using the order form for booth equipment. Flowers and Decorations You would like to make your booth more attractive with the help of a few flowers or other decorative items? Get in touch with the hotel. They will be happy to assist. Meals and Drinks There is a variety of free snack and drink stations positioned throughout the congress grounds. Should you still wish to have your own individual catering at your booth, you may book this (exclusively) via the hotel. It is prohibited to bring and sell foods and drinks during the event. Security Service You require an individual stand guarding service? No problem! The hotel offers you a variety of services. For more information get in touch with them. Please note: A stand guard can only be booked exclusively through the hotel. The exhibition ground will be guarded by the operator. Liability is excluded. Cleaning At the time of handover, the booth is to be transferred to the exhibitor in a waste-free state. The exhibition hallways are cleaned on a daily basis. This does, however, not apply to the individual booth. You are welcome to book an additional booth cleaning service offered by the hotel. To do this please contact them directly. For any questions you may have, the hotel is happy to help. Please note: Any form of catering (drinks as well as foods) has to be low in odour and authorised by the organiser and operator. 10

Freight Forwarder Feel free to nominate any forwarding agent of your choice for the transportation of the exhibition goods to and from the exhibition grounds. We recommend using the official distributor for the IFSCC Congress. For on-site handling, we will organise a freight forwarder who exercises the sole lifting rights on the exhibition grounds. This means that the delivery of exhibits, booth building including the provision of any auxiliary equipment as well as customs clearances for temporary or definitive import may only be booked through this agent. Currently we are in the process of selecting a partner. Once contracted, we will inform you. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 5..
