2 BRAND NEW! The Melting Pot The Crags Centre Our newest venue, located in the Pleasance area of central Edinburgh (10 Bowmont Place, EH8 9RY 17 min walk from Edinburgh Waverley). The space is perfect for up to 30 people, it has a beautiful, dramatic view of The Salisbury Crags, lots of natural light and sprung wooden floors. Time slots Price (ex VAT) Day of the week ½ Da y: 9am 12:30pm or 1:30pm 5pm Mid-day: Up to 5 hours between 10am and 3pm Full day: 9am 5pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Layout (Ideal capacity: 5-30 people) Cabaret: people Theatre: people Boardroom: 5 20 people Circle of chairs: 5 30 people Standing: people We provide complimentary use of everything you need for a successful meeting or training event: AV equipment Flipchart Whiteboard Hearing loop Event Marketing 2

3 Workshop Space Our largest space, located at our 5 Rose Street HQ, the Workshop Space is a bright and flexible training space. The Workshop Space suits groups of and is fully kitted out with everything you need for your event, including an enormous whiteboard wall! 5 Meeting Room Our Meeting Room is a 10 person boardroom ideal for team meetings and small training sessions. We provide a variety of additional services in this space including catering and Interview Hosting: we ll take the stress out of interviews so you can focus on the candidates. Time slots Price (ex VAT) Day of the week During our office hours, minimum 2 hours 15 Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30a m 6pm Tuesday and Thursday 8:30a m 9pm Outside our office hours Minimum 4 hours Monday - Friday Saturday and Sunday Layout (Ideal capacity: 1-10 people) Boardroom: 1 10 people (12 for short meetings!) We provide complimentary use of everything you need for a successful meeting or training event: Smart TV Flipchart Whiteboard Table top hearing loop available Videoconferencing Teleconferencing Event Marketing 5

6 Pod Space Our Pod Space is a glass booth located in the corner of our coworking space. The space is enclosed and private but not completely soundproof. It s perfect for 1 person making a phone call and to 1:1 s. The Pod Space seats up to 4 people, although that s fairly cosy!
