3 South Stand Level 4 Lounge Room hire $ GST per day (full room) The Level 4 Lounge is located in the South Stand at Eden Park. Host pre-dinner cocktails on our large covered outdoor balcony overlooking the hallowed No.1 field while your company logo is shown on New Zealand s largest super screens and displayed on our plasma televisions located around the room. Planning a conference? With four state of the art data projectors and screens, and the ability to divide this room into half to create two equally impressive function spaces, this lounge has the flexibility to work for any environment. We also provide up to eight pieces of 1.8m x 2.4m staging free of charge, and free car parking located directly within the stadium grounds and public transport facilities located nearby. Full Room 1/2 Room Cocktail Theatre Banquet South Stand Level 3 Lounge Room hire $ GST per day The Level 3 Lounge is located in the South Stand at Eden Park. Access to this room is also quite unique as guests will need to walk along the covered outdoor concourse to the main entry. Why not use this exclusive space to create a real wow factor for your guest s arrival using the in-house plasma televisions to have your company logo or welcome message on display around the whole stadium. We also provide free car parking and staging if required. Cocktail 300 Theatre 200 Banquet 160 South Stand Super Suite Room hire $500 + GST per day Eden Park has two Super Suites available for hire, both of which are located in the South Stand at Eden Park. With amazing views directly overlooking the famous No.1 field these spaces are perfect for an offsite meeting or used as a breakout room in conjunction with a conference. Both rooms have a small kitchenette and bathroom facilities located directly inside the room. Eden Park also offers free car parking within the stadium grounds. 4 South Stand Broadcasters Suite Room hire $500 + GST per day The Broadcasters Suite is located on Level 5 of our South Stand at Eden Park. This suite has loads of natural light overlooking the main stadium field and is great for a smaller sized meeting for people. There is also a smaller room located directly next to this suite which works well for a catering station or smaller breakout room. Cocktail 50 Theatre 40 Boardroom 25 Banquet 40 South Stand Standard Suite Room hire $300 + GST per day The Standard Suites are located in the South Stand at Eden Park on Level 5. These rooms can comfortably hold up to 10 people and are a perfect space for a small offsite meeting or a breakout room at a conference. They all have lots of natural light and great views overlooking the hallowed No.1 field. Eden Park also offers free car parking directly within the stadium grounds. Cocktail 20 Theatre 10 Boardroom 10 Banquet 10 South Stand Changing Rooms Room hire $ GST per day Looking for a space that is unique and will wow your guests? Why not have your pre-function cocktails in Eden Park s infamous Changing Rooms or utilise this as a breakout space. 5 South Stand Centenary Lounge Room hire $750 + GST per day The Centenary Lounge is our newest space located on Level 5 of the South Stand at Eden Park. This lounge has loads of natural light overlooking the No.1 field and is great for midsized events. Perfect for cocktail parties, birthdays or for smaller full day conferences. Cocktail 100 Theatre 80 Boardroom 25 Banquet 80 South Stand Level 6 Room hire $ GST per day Located on the top level of Eden Park the Level 6 function space is one of our most unique facilities available for hire. With panoramic views over Mt Eden stretching out to the Waitakeres, this naturally spectacular space doesn t need a lot of dressing up to wow your guests. Cocktail functions@epcatering.co.nz 5

6 North Stand Level 5 Lounge Room hire $ GST per day The North Level 5 Lounge is our most commanding location an outstanding venue offering multi-use facilities. The room has been designed without pillars and has the added benefit of a ten metre vaulted ceiling. The location is ideal for gala dinners, conferences or exhibitions. The in-house lighting features are particularly dramatic, but also offer dimming ability for more intimate occasions. Natural lighting, together with electronic blackout facilities have been incorporated to allow total flexibility for all requirements. Guests arrive on the fifth floor, which can act as a reception area with informal seating, double as part of the main room or can be utilised as a pre-drink/registration area. The interior has been designed with comfort and luxury paramount for all occasions, as well as taking advantage of the ultimate panoramic views of the No.1 field. Cocktail 1500 Theatre 1000 Banquet 800 North Stand Corporate Suite 601 Room hire $420 + GST per day Corporate Suite 601 is one of our largest corporate suites. Located in the North Stand at Eden Park this room has spectacular views overlooking the No.1 field. This room can hold up to 22 people for a boardroom style meeting. Cocktail 30 Theatre 25 Boardroom 22 Banquet 40 North Stand Hall of Legends Room hire $ GST per day The name says it all: the Hall of Legends salutes our rugby and cricket sporting greats and in doing so, provides an atmospheric venue for your special event. Debates, book launches, black tie dinners and cocktail parties have all found a home amongst the collection of 2000 items of sporting memorabilia. Located in the North Stand at Eden Park this room provides easy access from our free car parking facilities located directly outside the stand. 7 North Stand Entry A Lounge Room hire $380 + GST per day The Entry A Lounge is one of our most easily accessible function rooms with its own private entry directly off our main car park. With an informal club room atmosphere, this room is a unique space filled with rugby memorabilia. Cocktail 200 Theatre 100 Boardroom 30 Banquet 80 West Stand West Lounge Room hire $ GST per day With natural light on two sides, the West Lounge has commanding views of the No.1 and No.2 fields. Soundproof walls offer the ability to divide the space, ensuring guest comfort in an appropriately sized room. Cocktail 600 Theatre 350 Banquet 400 West Stand Players Lounge Room hire $320 + GST per day The Players Lounge is an intimate function room with abundant natural light, used from time to time by the players themselves. Guests are provided with spectacular views of both the No.1 and No.2 fields. This is the perfect room for not only small conferences, meetings and launches but intimate cocktail parties or special celebrations.
