7 About the MTC The Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) develops and proves innovative manufacturing processes and technologies in an agile, low risk environment, in partnership with industry, academia and other institutions. The MTC has over 85 industrial members, from SMEs to large OEMs, who represent a diverse range of companies across a number of sectors from aerospace, automotive, rail and transport, to food and drink, defence, construction, civil engineering and electronics. The Lloyds Bank Advanced Manufacturing Training Centre, a wholly owned subsidiary of the MTC, was established off the back of the MTC s success, to train apprentices and engineers to use tomorrow s technology productively. We use income generated through our events and other activities to fund new equipment and facilities to support the training of our apprentices, giving young engineers the chance to build a career in an exciting, thriving and innovative environment
8 Make an impression with our meeting space Choose from a wide range of configurable conference and meeting rooms. Some can be split into individual spaces for smaller, more intimate meetings or breakout sessions, or interconnected to create one large multifunctional space. Each room offers free high speed wi-fi and cabled internet, telephone points and refreshments to ensure your event is productive. Day delegate and half day delegate rates are available.
