2 WELCOME Whether it s a formal business conference, meeting or a social get-together, The Cube Wodonga conference and event facilities offer a number of flexible event spaces accommodating 10 to 1000 guests. Our experienced event and catering teams will work closely with you, taking care of every last detail.
3 THE AUDITORIUM The Cube Wodonga auditorium, at the heart of this state-of-the-art venue, is great for performances, private gala dining, casual meetings and more. Whether it s a sensational party for 30 guests, a corporate conference or something more lavish, our auditorium features flexibility like no other. A room designed to change with you, just to suit your needs. The north auditorium boasts a retractable seating bank for up to 257, the south auditorium is perfect for a cabaret up to 70. Combined we can cater for any sit-down dinner with up to 310 guests or a cocktail function for 800. Our events and technical team can help you plan your event and arrange the space. Without a doubt this is the most flexible space within The Cube Wodonga.

5 THE MEETING ROOM Our most common event space, The Cube Wodonga meeting room is flooded with natural light thanks to the floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful outlook to Woodland Grove parkland and Wodonga s iconic water tower. Fitted with audio visual facilities and a kitchenette, it s perfect for workshops, presentations or small conferences. FOYER The dynamic well-known foyer fills with natural light during the day, offering great meeting and breakout spaces. It transforms into a buzzing social space of an evening. Perfect for cocktails and nibbles for a pre-gala or show event. Built with flexibility and durability in mind, this is the best space to kick-off any event. THE GREEN ROOM AND BACK OF HOUSE MEETING ROOMS Quietly tucked away at the rear of our building you ll find the green room. It provides private conference facilities away from hustle and bustle of our dynamic foyer space, with its own personal courtyard. The universal back of house rooms are located just down the hall, perfect for meetings, training sessions and breakouts.
6 ACCOMMODATION Quest Wodonga is The Cube Wodonga s preferred accommodation partner. It features studio, one, two and three-bedroom serviced apartments and is only 400m from The Cube Wodonga, making it a convenient choice for your conference accommodation needs. Ask us about our special rates. CATERING Being a one stop shop for everything events, conferencing and entertainment, we have your catering sorted. With our flexible and talented in-house catering team, we will be able to bring any event to life. Customisable menu packages and support from our catering team, ensures your event will be an unforgettable dining experience. The fully stocked main bar in the foyer can combine with a portable bar to service the entire venue. Showcasing locally sourced wines from Sam Miranda in the King Valley, a fantastic way to kick-off or close your event. THERE ARE NO EXCLUSIONS! All our conference and event spaces include: State-of-the-art audio visual equipment, complimentary Wi-Fi and on-site technicians. Access to an events team throughout your entire journey. Free on-site car parking. If we don t have what you need, we will source it from our array of industry contacts.
7 ACCESSIBILITY The Cube Wodonga aims to be an all-inclusive venue. PARKING AND DROP-OFF/PICK-UP Accessible parking is available in the main car park of the city offices in Hovell St. Taxis can pick up and drop off at the Hovell St entrance. If you need assistance from the taxi into the venue, please contact the box office on (02) prior to your arrival. WHEELCHAIR/SCOOTER ACCESSIBILITY AND RECHARGE FACILITY Wheelchair/scooter entry into and throughout the venue is available with lift access to the audience gallery. Wheelchair accessible toilets are located in the main foyer and a hoist is available if required. The venue has a community lounge featuring four motorised wheelchair/scooter power points to allow for recharge as well as a small kitchenette with a microwave. HEARING A hearing loop operates within the meeting room and foyer. The auditorium is fitted with an assistive listening system. To use the hearing system you will need to collect a pendant from the box office. As there are a limited number of pendants, it is advisable to pre-book.
