4 ABOUT NAEC Stoneleigh Set in 250 acres of Warwickshire countryside, Stoneleigh Park is an idyllic location for your wedding. The flexibility of our unique venue can accommodate anything from a small private pre wedding party to the main event itself. The Warwick Complex can accommodate guests up to 600, with the Avon Lounges extending the space available to a further 200. The Complex walls and ceiling are dressed in luxurious draping, giving the room a grand marquee effect. With over 800 acres of private rolling countryside views, we can also offer bespoke outdoor elements to your day. Our Smaller suite, Stareton Hall has a capacity of 400 for a banquet reception; this suite overlooks the gardens with bandstand and is perfect for civil and religious ceremonies. The Suite has a separate entrance and foyer, located next to the Royal Pavilion and offers great a backdrop for photographs. With an onsite hotel, ample convenient free parking and a further 3 exhibition size halls, holding upto 3000 guests Stoneleigh Park is unrivalled in its location and space. The halls are a blank canvas for your event and can be dressed to any theme, easily transforming them into the wow factor space you re searching for.

The primary role of the Event Manager is to plan and manage the event logistics, however they can also advise on suppliers and additional services if required. Your Event Manager will: Produce floor plans, event schedule and delivery schedule for the day Manage all communication with the venue manager in the lead up to and on the event day Arrange layout of furniture ahead of the event and manage all furniture requirements on the event day Make sure all suppliers are adhering to venue regulations and health & safety requirements. Act as venue point of contact for both client and suppliers on the event day Arrange stewards to meet guests and assist with wayfinding around the venue Manage logistics on the event day Manage breakdown of suppliers Arrange car park attendant to manage car parking Make sure the venue is kept clean through out the event and post event
