ASB Baypark is a hub for a whole host of events including high profile sport matches, cultural activities and other entertainment extravaganzas. The extensive portfolio of venues can accommodate activities of almost any type, scale and duration. Corporate occasions including conferences, meetings, awards, trade shows, exhibitions and gala dinners are superbly catered for. A dedicated in-house management team, acclaimed full catering service and audio visual capabilities, enhance the quality experience that is ASB Baypark. This venue includes the impressive ASB Arena, which provides 13,000 m 2 of available space. It comprises two spacious auditoriums, four interconnectable meeting suites and two circulation areas connected by an expansive foyer. ASB Arena is suitable for conferences hosting 600+ delegates, gala dinners for up to 1,200, and meetings and entertainment for up to 4,600 people. The ASB Arena includes a modern café facility and prominent Civic art collection. The ASB Stadium is included in the ASB Baypark hub and incorporates large outflow facilities. Spaces include the 17,000 seat stadium, lounges, expansive concrete and grassed areas. The ASB Stadium hosts a wide variety of activities including Jetsprints, Speedway, motor sports and concerts. ASB Baypark is conveniently located at the junction of major state highways, only minutes from Tauranga Airport. It offers easy access plus parking on-site for up to 5,000 vehicles. 8 Lion Foundation Centre Events of all sizes are possible here. The Lion Foundation Centre is specifically designed to cater for large events. A recessed stage, two big screens, technical infrastructure, media facilities and engineered acoustic treatment enable the delivery of high-quality AV productions. State-of-the-art climate control ensures the comfort of event participants. Production-quality drapes are available to transform this venue into a setting to please the most discerning event professional; and to add a special ambience to gala dinners and awards, exhibitions, and conferences. 9 ASB Arena Suites The ASB Arena Suites are located upstairs, accessed via the foyer s expansive staircases. Accommodating groups of 10 to 369, these four inter-connectable rooms offer a variety of room and size combinations to suit varying needs. from some of the district s favourite artists adorning the walls. The suites can be coupled with circulation areas for registration desks, trade displays or pre-dinner drinks. Each suite is configured with a screen, projector, high speed internet access and sound system. Key Features: A combination of rooms available from 101m 2 to 435m 2. 10 TECT Auditorium This auditorium spans more than 4500m 2, and is an ideal venue for tradeshows and exhibitions. This bustling event hub is popular amongst exhibitors and guests alike. The venue comes with many advantages, often commented upon by organisers and attendees. These advantages include free, easy-access carparking and easy access for exhibitors (courtesy of two large loading bays.) 11 ASB Stadium Lounge The Stadium Lounge is a self-contained venue, situated alongside ASB Arena, within the ASB Stadium at Baypark. It offers a secure and private environment for hosting public or private functions. It is suitable for meetings, conferences, gala dinners, school balls, weddings and small-to-medium-sized trade shows. This 740m 2 venue can comfortably accommodate up to 450 people for dinner or 500 for performances. For major stadium events, this facility offers the client added flexibility for hosting corporate hospitality or pre and post event activities. The lounge has access to 27 corporate boxes as well as a corporate and premium lounge with panoramic views over the stadium, adding further breakout function rooms if required. Seated dinners for up to 2,000 people can be offered on-site. The Arena Cafe blackboard menu and cabinet food provide further selections with the Cafe open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
