4 The Ballroom Adorned with striking Viennese crystal chandeliers and ornate wall lights, the Art-Deco inspired Ballroom offers a truly elegant and classic setting. Suitable for any special occasion or conference, it can accommodate up to 350 guests for dinner or up to 700 for a cocktail reception. Event organisers will appreciate the fully customisable LED ceiling lighting, the private entrance and the option for exclusive use of the function space with all rooms on the same floor. Versatile as well as eye-catching, The Ballroom can be used as one large space or divided into three separate soundproofed suites Salisbury, Knightsbridge and Westbourne.

5 The Garden Rooms With their striking glass roof and charming views of Cadogan Place Gardens, The Garden Rooms are a contemporary and flexible location for all types of event. Daytime meetings are bathed in natural sunlight whilst fairy lights adorning the glass canopy bring sparkle to evening dinners and cocktail receptions. Encompassing the Acacia, Birch, Cedar and Conservatory rooms, The Garden Rooms can accommodate everything from board meetings and private dinners in the individual rooms to larger theatre-style meetings and receptions with capacity for up to 350 in all of the rooms combined. Conveniently located on the same floor, The Garden Rooms also make an ideal welcome or break-out area for events being held in The Ballroom.

Adjacent to The Rib Room Bar & Restaurant, The Boardroom is the ideal space for business meetings, working lunches or fine dining. Accommodating between 14 for dinner and 20 for cocktails, its stylish and refined interiors bring a touch of class to any occasion. Ideal for smaller meetings, the bright Maple room overlooks the private Cadogan Place Gardens. It comfortably seats 12 people boardroom-style and features excellent audio-visual facilities.
