3 Conference and events Plantation Room The Plantation Room offers a great space for medium to large sized events, catering for up to 300 guests theatre style. This fullyenclosed and pillarless room can be reconfigured into 3 separate meeting rooms (Plantation 1, 2 and 3) each with capacity for up to guests theatre style. Each space opens onto a prefunction area with ample natural light. The Plantation Room features WiFi access*, vehicle access and stateoftheart audio visual technology. For more intimate business meetings, the offers stylish furnishings with a board table and executive style seating for up to 16 delegates. Pavilion Suitable for delegates theatre style, the Pavilion is a separate freestanding building, surrounded by recreation facilities. This meeting space offers ample natural light with views of the tropical pool or block out curtains for privacy and changeable furnishings to suit your desired configuration. The room features WiFi access, vehicle access, stateoftheart audio visual technology as well as heavy duty suspension points, rigging points and lighting patch points in the ceiling along with wall tracking for room draping. The offers ample natural lighting and space to cater for up to 32 delegates theatre style or 17 boardroom style.
