4 Conference Rooms Level One Located on Level 1 are three inter-connecting conference rooms with modern décor, complimentary premium integrated audiovisual equipment including large screens and ceiling mounted Panasonic projectors. The rooms are flooded with natural light making them a lovely choice for daytime meetings, while block-out blinds in each room ensure that presentations are not compromised. Microphones and lecterns are also available upon request. The rooms are available as a combination or individually and feature soundproof removable walls between each space ensuring privacy and flexibility. The walls can be added or removed quickly making it possible to easily change your room set-up over a catering break. Floor to ceiling whiteboards are integrated into the removable wall panels in each room, this provides a creative solution for information sharing. Comfortable conference chairs are available to match the capacity chart (see page 3); while onsite tables include an assortment of solid timber tables and colourful modern tables. Some room configurations will require external table hire. A communal pre-function area services the three conference rooms and is available to hirers to use for event registration, catering or small exhibitions. Level 1 can be accessed via elevator or stairs from the light and modern atrium. Page 4

5 Atrium Ground Floor The atrium is modern and spacious with vaulted ceilings and plentiful natural light. The versatile dual access space is skirted by landscaped courtyards and gardens and has striking architectural detailing and multiple zones perfect for creating a great event atmosphere. Hire of the space includes the use of an integrated sound system and ceiling mounted Hitachi projector projecting onto the atrium wall plus an assortment of settees, coffee tables and chairs, plus stunning timber bar leaners and stools. The atrium is also home to a café serving a range of barista coffee, snacks and light meals. The café is open from 8.30am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday. The atrium is available for hire from 3.00pm until midnight. Page 5

From morning and afternoon teas to working lunches, buffets, seated dinners and cocktail parties the venue is well suited to hosting and hospitality. 7 Hourly Hire The Tait Technology Centre is unique offering hourly hire rates for the conference rooms and atrium (minimum booking 2 hours). Unlike block time zone charges at other venues, hourly rates offer flexibility and ensure that event budgets are kept as low as possible. Hirers must ensure their booking period adequately covers all set-up, event and pack-down times as well as delivery and installation of any external theming, additional audiovisual or display materials. For events that go beyond 5pm, security personnel are required for health and safety reasons with associated costs on-charged to the hirer. Venue hire charges vary based on the size of the room required. Bookings over 4 hours receive a 10% discount, while bookings over 8 hours attract a 15% discount. Page 7
