The East Wing Meeting Centre consists of five main Suites: Blenheim, Packwood, Charlecote, Harewood and Warwick. The Charlecote and Harewood Suites can be combined holding up to 140 delegates and the entire East Wing Meeting Centre can accommodate up to 500 delegates. All five Suites have natural daylight, external access and are situated close to the Conference Café. Our two Syndicate rooms complete this facility. The Avon Meeting Centre includes four Suites accommodating a total number of 120 delegates for small conferences and training courses. The Hidcote is the largest of the rooms offering natural daylight and catering for up to 60 delegates theatre style. In addition all conference delegates can enjoy complimentary use of the Conference Café where they can help themselves to cappuccino, café latte and a range of teas and snacks throughout the day. The working buffet lunch is an ideal part of a successful conference. 16 How to find Holiday Inn Stratford-upon-Avon By road Leave the M40 at Junction 15. Follow the A46 to Stratford. At the roundabout take the A439 to Stratford and continue for 3.5 miles passing the Welcome to Stratford sign. After 0.5 mile the road bears left onto Bridgeway. Stay in the left hand lane and the hotel is 200 metres on the left.
