5 2017 Rental Rates Starting at $2000 $150/hour Day rate: $750 (6 or more hours) Starting at $1200 ** $350/hour $50/hour Starting at $1000 Special pricing is available for events that utilize 2 or more venues; please inquire with the Events Manager at events@alloy26.com ** Nova Place tenants are eligible for discount pricing. Please inquire with the Events Manager at events@alloy26.com. Fees and Policies All event space rentals require a non-refundable $100 date-hold deposit. Cleaning fees are included with all rentals. We may charge additional fees for events requiring extraordinary cleaning. For events in the Concourse and Outdoor Plaza, we require additional door security at a rate of $30/hour per 100 attendees. For events in the Concourse or Outdoor Plaza, we require a $500 refundable damage deposit, as well as Special Event Liability Insurance. Arrangements may be made through the Nova Place Events Manager.

Parking For easiest access, enter parking garage GATE 4 on South Commons. Stay in the leftmost lanes when you enter and take the nearest elevator (look for CENTRAL 2) up to the P (Plaza) Level of the Concourse.
