All conferences include sandwiches, freshly ground coffee and mineral water on arrival, a copy of the morning press, overhead projector, flip chart and pens, writing pad and pencils. Facilities: Our conference suites can be equipped with state of the art technology in accordance with your requirements. Most standard audiovisual equipment is held on site but we can hire in almost anything given prior notice.

Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 7am to 9.30am and at 8am to 10am on Weekends Lunch is served from 12 Noon to 2.30pm Monday to Saturday and 12 Noon to 6pm on Sundays And dinner is served from 5pm to 9pm Monday to Saturday All our food is freshly prepared from scratch using only the finest local ingredients available and our menu has been designed to quash the craving for amazing tasting, classic, good, solid British food. Accommodation The Rock comprises of twenty-seven individually designed en suite bedrooms, all with complimentary satellite TV, hot beverage tray, direct dial telephone and hair dryer.
