6 BuildIt Theatre The BuildIt Theatre is our premier theatre located on the ground floor. This is our most versatile room with a maximum capacity of 240 delegates and boasts a fixed stage with lectern, 162 inch screen, brand new LCD Projector, lapel and roving microphones. Our lectern is fitted with various ports to cater for all types of modern equipment including HDMI, VGA, DV-I and USB. Our theatre is equipped with the latest wireless media equipment enabling the sharing of mobile and tablet displays via our projector. The BuildIt Theatre is fully air conditioned and includes a water cooler and flip charts at no extra cost. Full AV Equipment Wireless Streaming Up to 240 Delegates

7 Custom Build Suite This brand new meeting room is located on the first floor and has been specially built for larger sized groups of 25 to 60 delegates. Equipped with LCD projector directed onto a white wall with HDMI and VGA input, flipchart, lectern, water cooler, natural daylight and air conditioning. Includes a private area for catering. New Addition Full AV Equipment Up to 60 Delegates

8 Renovation Suite The extremely popular Renovation Suite is located on the first floor of the Centre and provides a quiet space for thought provoking meetings. This room can hold a maximum of 40 delegates dependant on layout and offers a comfortable meeting space with natural daylight and air conditioning. Equipped with an LCD projector directed on a white wall with HDMI and VGA ports at the front and back of the room. It also has two magnetic walls, a conference telephone facility, water cooler and flipchart. Light & Airy Space Separated Office on First Floor Magnetic Walls

9 Sovereign Theatre The Sovereign Theatre is situated on the ground floor of the Visitor Centre with a maximum capacity of 70 delegates. Equipped with a 138 inch fixed screen, fixed stage, lectern with VGA and HDMI connections, lapel and roving microphones. Flipchart and pens are also provided at no extra cost. This open air theatre is an excellent space for product demonstrations, breakout sessions, networking events and breakfast meetings. Easy Access Open Air Theatre Demo Area

10 Dale Board Room The Dale Boardroom is our most unique meeting room as it is located on the first floor of a house in the middle of the Centre. With a maximum capacity of 12 delegates, the Dale Board room is equipped with a screen with VGA and HDMI ports, water cooler and flipchart. Unique Space Homely Feel First Floor

11 Home Improvement Suite The Home Improvement Suite is our most intimate meeting space and is located on the ground floor with a maximum capacity of 8 delegates. Fixed boardroom layout and equipped with a screen with VGA and HDMI ports, water cooler, air conditioning and natural daylight. This room lends itself perfectly to interviews, sessions, small meetings or simply some quiet time away from the office. Ground Floor Intimate Space Natural Daylight

12 Piazza This vast space at the heart of our Centre provides a real WOW factor and talking point for delegates. With the Potton House as a backdrop this impressive area is perfect for networking, live demonstrations, registration and refreshment breaks. We ve even hosted virtual reality sessions here!
