2 The International Supply Chain Conference is one of the leading business conferences in Europe. The three-day conference has taken place annually in Berlin in the Hotel InterContinental since The conference is a cross-sector, logistics-focused event for industry, trade and service providers. 2

7 Exhibition The exhibition provides abundant opportunities for networking, e.g. during: the "Business Breakfast" from 8.30 am in the exhibition the "Quick Lunch" in the exhibition areas the entertainment programme in the outdoor area of the event hotel the After-Work-XL-Party at various stations in the exhibition area on the Thursday of the conference from 5 pm to pm 7

8 Exhibition The standard stand is the most frequently used version. It measures 3.00 x 1.50 m The package price includes a modular rental stand and conference participation fees for two people Corporate BVL membership is required for the booking of an exhibition stand More information on booking at: 8

9 Exhibition Special areas Special areas provide space for exhibits or activities at the stands; they ensure a highprofile presence Only a limited number of special areas are available due to the layout of the exhibition site Associations, initiatives, business clusters and sector groups have the option of showcasing their services at a joint stand (at least 25 m², max. 60m²) 9
