6 Important notifications The NNR is a foundation and does not need incur taxes/vat. According to the AGV / GDPR General regulation of the EU we do not provide any details of delegates to sponsors nor can these details be bought. The renting of the exhibition area is excluding the costs of stand building, carpeting, electricity, water, furniture or any other stand-related costs. The sponsor is responsible for providing logos, advertisements, company profile etc. to the symposium organization. The NNR 2019 congress is liable to the Dutch laws regarding medicine advertisements for prescribers and non-prescribers.
