3 RECEPTION DESK Upon arrival at the Exhibition Center, all participants must go to the reception desk and collect their participant folders. The participant folder contains the following items Your Schedule of Meetings Your Name Badges Your Floor Plan & More BOOTH SET-UP Set up time will be running from 02.00pm to 08.00pm on Tuesday, December 4 th. For exhibitors unable to make it on Tuesday, it is recommended to arrive at the Exhibition Center at 7.30am on Wednesday, December 05 th to complete the set up and personalization of their booths. Aeromart Toulouse offers hard walled booths. We strongly recommend you to bring graphics to customize your space, or to order customized panels and fascia board for a more professional finish. Noisy machines or sound systems are not allowed. Also ensure that all equipment and graphics you ll bring can actually fit in your booth. BOOTH DETAILS Each wall panel measures 1m (3.3ft) wide and 2.5m (8.2ft) high. Exhibitors are welcome to bring pop-up stands, rollups and other graphics as long as they fit within the dimensions of the selected booth and do not stick out. You must bring necessary materials to hang or paste your graphics (chains, adhesives and so forth). It is strictly forbidden to drill into the panels. Your booth is equipped with an electric outlet. You must bring multiple outlets if you re planning to use several devices.

You may trade your default furniture or order additional equipment at your own cost (see annexes). How to place an order? 5 GRAPHICS AND PRINTING EXAMPLES CUSTOMIZED BOOTH PANELS Description: Your booth is made of hard walls that can be customized with your own graphics. You just need to supply with your ready-to-print artwork. - Panel dimensions: 2500mm x 1000mm - Actual/visible dimensions : 2389mm x 945mm Your electronic artwork must be a high resolution file suitable for printing. ROLL UP GRAPHICS Description: Making of a one side graphics roller Dimensions: 80 x 200 cm Weight: 3kg Artwork in an appropriate and printable format is required (80x200) The document must be a high resolution ready-to-print file. You may keep both the graphics and the roller after the event Rates 1 panel : 2500 mm (high) x 1000 mm (width) held = 300 excl. taxes 1 roll-up = 300 excl. taxes Please find the complete list of customized graphics and printings in annexe Except customized booth panels and roll-up, please contact our provider GL Events for any other request. 6 BUSINESS CENTER For your comfort and business needs a business center will be at your disposal : photocopy machine, fax, internet connection. WIFI INTERNET: You can have a wi-fi connection inside the exhibition halls for a fee: 48 excl.taxes per connection for the duration of the event. Orders and payment is taken in charge by the exhibition center. Please find the purchase order in annexe. Note that abe/bci Aerospace is not responsible for these services. Any materials or equipment left or unattended by Friday, December 7 th could be taken to a place the organizer deems appropriate at the participant cost and risk.
