1 Trade Promotion Competition License No: XXXXX Terms & Conditions ORGANIZER <<Bonjour Paris#AF185>> Société Air France SA, Immatriculée au RCS de Bobigny n Société Anonyme au capital de Euros 45, rue de Paris Roissy CDG cedex Is holding a Prize Draw that is free of charge and without obligation to purchase, from 20th June 2017 until 8th July, GENERAL TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY This Privacy Policy is governed by and observes the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (the "Ordinance"), laws in Hong Kong. If the participant registers or participates in this Prize Draw and provides us with any personal data which includes, without limitation, salutation, name, day and month of birth, gender, telephone number, fax number, address, residential/other address, to us, the participant is deemed to have authorised us to collect, retain and use his/her personal information for the following purposes: a. administering this Prize Draw and prize redemption; b. contacting the participant to validate his/her participation in the Prize Draw ; c. providing the participant with customer service including but not limited to processing and effecting sales or orders available for sale in our shops or through our website, and responding to the participant s queries, feedback or claims; d. providing the participant with our promotional materials (including but not limited to updates to our website) and e-newsletters; e. performing research or statistical analysis in order to improve our products and services and for marketing and promotional purposes; f. verifying the identity of the participant; g. making such disclosures as may be required for any of the above purposes or as required by law or in respect of any feedback or claims made by the participant. All information provided by participants cannot be changed after registration. All information provided by the participant at the time of registration will be used for all purposes throughout and relating to this Prize Draw.

2 Failure to abide by the conditions set forth in these rules and regulations will result in the automatic disqualification of the participant. - The Prize Draw is open to people residing in Hong Kong, with age eighteen (18) or above, who hold a valid Hong Kong Passport or British National (Overseas) Passport to enter France on 9 th July Employees of AIR FRANCE are not eligible for the Lucky Draw. - By participating in this Prize Draw, participants agree that AIR FRANCE can use their names, image, pictures and photos for promotional and advertising purpose PARTICIPATION RULES: 1. To Join the Prize Draw, each participant must: a. Register through s.htm between 20 th June and 7 th July :59:59, both dates are inclusive. b. Complete online form before 8 th July In case there are more registrations than the Prize Draw event venue allows, only those registrations made earlier in time will be invited to the Prize Draw to the extent allowable by the capacity of the Prize Draw event venue (Remark : Although it is not strictly prohibited under the Guideline of the Office.of the Licensing Authority ( OLA ), OLA has internal policy governing the rules in this regard, It is higly advisable to submit this terms and conditions to the OLA for their consideration and approval as soon as possible), c. Have a valid Hong Kong Passport or British National (Overseas) Passport to enter France on 9 th July, 2017 (minimum 6 months). d. Have a travel companion, with age eighteen (18) or above, who hold a valid passport to enter France on 9th July 2017: Join the event together with such companion, however only the participant is required to register online. e. Validate acceptance of terms and conditions of the Prize Draw. f. Confirm his/her and companion s attendance at the event by replying to the invitation after the online registration. g. Show up with both his/her traveling companion and suitcase at 4:30pm on 8 th July 2017 at Metal Zone Elements Hong Kong. 2. Only participants, who will be present together with their travel companions at the event check-in desks at Metal Zone Elements, Hong Kong at 4:30p.m. on 8 th July,2017, that have completed the online form before 8 th July 2017 and RSVPed to the invitation, will be eligible to enter the Prize Draw. The winners will be announced during the event.

Note that if any participant who have not received an invitation or failed to reply to Air France s invitation, he/she is not qualified to join the event on 8 th July, Each eligible participant must attend at the above specified date and time together with his/her travel companion, bring along a valid Hong Kong Passport or British National (Overseas) Passport (minimum 6 months), and suitcase for obtaining a drawing ticket. Air France reserves the right to reject any participants who fail to meet these requirements. 5. Online pre-registration will be closed on 7 th July 2017 at 23:59: Only one participation per person is permitted. - If a participant registers using different addresses, only one participation will be accepted. - If a participant registers using different companions, only one participation will be accepted. - A companion can separately register in the Prize Draw and choose a person of his/her choice to accompany him/her. - Any fraud or deception or attempt thereof on the part of a participant shall disqualify all entries submitted by that participant. - In general, any attempt at disrupting of the normal process of the operation will result in the disqualification of the participant. 7. In caes of dispute, the decision of Air France will be final and binding. 5 3. Online form must have the names of the passengers as they appear on their passports. Both passengers must travel together during both flights, outbound and return. The travel companion must be chosen at the time of the online participation. 4. Air tickets are valid on Air France only, non-endorsable, and non-refundable. Ticket winners cannot modify the travel dates. 5. These air tickets are for personal use and must be used simultaneously by both the winner and their traveling companion. Reselling of these tickets is strictly forbidden. 6. These air tickets apply solely to the scheduled itinerary; they can neither be modified nor exchanged for tickets for a different itinerary. 7. These air tickets are not valid on other airlines. 8. These air tickets do not allow for advance seat selection. Flying Blue miles cannot be earned on this trip. 9. In cases of force majeure or if warranted by circumstances, Air France reserves the right at any time to substitute another prize of equivalent value (as determined by it) for the announced prizes (including modifying travel dates) 10. Air France, Air France s partners and Air France s suppliers are not responsible for any time missed (work, school or other) by the participant and companion to be present at the event or on this trip. Any additional expenses incurred by them on July 8, 2017 cannot be claimed. 14. If winners agree to share pictures or videos of their trip to Paris with Air France, such items will be free of rights and can be used by Air France for promotional or advertising purposes. LIABILITY 1. Air France shall not be responsible or liable in the event of: -Internet access problems

6 -Hardware or software problems -Deletion or loss of data provided by participants for reasons not attributable to Air France -Human errors or errors due to electrical malfunction Hence, if the registered data or notification are lost, inaccurate, unidentifiable or damaged caused by any computer, network, telephone or technical issue which is not attributed to the default of Air France, Air France shall not have any legal liability if the participant is judged as disqualified and the participant cannot object. 2. Air France shall not be held liable for the consequences of any delay in for which it is not responsible Air France shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from the redemption or use of the prizes. 3. In any case, if the smooth running of the contest in administrative and/or technical terms is disrupted for any reason beyond the control of Air France, Air France reserves the right to suspend the event. 4. Any fraud or breach of the present rules and regulations on the part of the participant shall result in the disqualification of the participant; Air France reserves the right, if warranted, to initiate proceedings against the defaulting party. 5. Air France shall not be held liable for any incapacity, whether legal, physical or mental, preventing the winner from boarding their flight or entering a foreign country, including in the case of irregularity in their travel documents (missing or expired passport or visa, etc.). 6.
