5 5 INSTRUCTIONS DELIVERY Delivery is carried out under the responsibility of the exhibitor. Alpexpo cannot be held responsible in any way. Therefore, sticking or nailing anything to the partitions is prohibited, except for drawing pins and staples. The exhibitor will be held financially responsible for damages caused on the stand during the event by his decorators, installers or himself. ORDER INFORMATION - Order deadlines and addresses are specified on each sheet. - Prices are quoted in euros excluding VAT 19.6 %. - Full payment (including VAT) must be enclosed with orders and all services must be entirely paid before the exhibition. FIRE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Please read safety instructions. Fire safety agents will be present on the site during exhibition opening hours.
