3 MITEC MITEC The Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) is the country s largest exhibition centre with over 45,000 sqm of gross exhibition space. It connects you with everything you need for your event with its flexible halls, providing an unprecedented choice, whilst its incredible space is designed to support heavy machineries up to 50KN/sqm. The 12,960 sqm of column-free space on level 3 providing an unobstructed and expansive view, making it the largest pillar-less exhibition hall in Malaysia. The entire combined exhibition halls are able to accommodate up to 47,700 visitors in theatre style seating and 28,300 guests in the banquet arrangement at any one time. The first component and flagship of KL Metropolis, a city within a city where trade, commerce, living and transport converge over 75.5 acres of prime land development, MITEC is poised to be the first exhibition venue of choice in the Southeast Asia region.

7 BOOTH DETAILS Access to the stand will be on October 2th from 15:00 to 19:00 maximum. Your stands will be fitted and equipped. The space will be open from October 3th from 8:00. Depending on the option you have chosen, you have below details. Each wall panel measures 1m (3.3ft) wide and 2.4m (8ft) high. Exhibitors are welcome to bring pop-up stands, rollups and other graphics as long as they fit within the dimensions of the selected booth and do not stick out. Remember to attach chains and hooks and clips for hanging on the rails, and a roll of cello tape if the item is lightweight (it is forbidden to drill the walls). At each booth you will find an electrical outlet. If you have multiple computers to run, think about bringing a multiple adaptor.
