T unlck the back f the chair and allw it t mve with yur bdy, pull up the paddle fund under the left hand side f yur seat. T adjust the tensin t suit yur wn weight pull ut the knb under the right hand side f the seat and grasping it with an verhand grip, rtate it frward t increase the tensin and back t decrease the tensin. 2) Back Height WHY? It is imprtant that the chair gives yu supprt thrugh the whle f yur back. T d this the lumbar supprt n the chair must be aligned with yur wn lumbar regin. HOW? Lean frward and grasp the back n either side. Pull up until the prnunced lumbar supprt f the chair is aligned with yur wn lumbar regin, which is just belw yur waist.
