From A38 Plymouth, Heading Eastbound on the A38 Take the B3344 exit towards B3193 Chudleigh Knighton/ Kingsteignton, Turn right onto Clay Lane, at the end of the road Turn right onto Clay Pits Way B3193, At the roundabout, continue straight across onto Strap Lane, At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto B3195, Merge onto A380 (Teignmouth/ Torquay), Take the A381 exit towards Teignmouth, then first exit at the roundabout onto Teignmouth Road (A381). East Cli f Road A379 Littlehayes Exeter Road East Cli f Road BOTH ROUTES THEN MERGE AND FOLLOW: Follow the A381 all the way into Teignmouth Town, continue past the Train station, following signs for Dawlish Road (A379). Continue along Dawlish Road (A379) for 2.7 miles, you will drive through the centre of Dawlish. Head through the town centre keeping on the A379 now named Teignmouth Road/ Teignmouth Hill as you climb out of the town. East Cliff Road will appear on your left in 0.3 miles.
