East Cli f Road A379 Littlehayes Exeter Road East Cli f Road BOTH ROUTES THEN MERGE AND FOLLOW: Follow the A381 all the way into Teignmouth Town, continue past the Train station, following signs for Dawlish Road (A379). Continue along Dawlish Road (A379) for 2.7 miles, you will drive through the centre of Dawlish. Head through the town centre keeping on the A379 now named Teignmouth Road/ Teignmouth Hill as you climb out of the town. East Cliff Road will appear on your left in 0.3 miles.
